First time I've read this since maybe 1997. I wasn't sure if it would hold up to my current standards, but I must admit I'm enjoying it immensly.

I like a book half based in a city where I once lived. Even the mundane details are exciting to me!

I've not checked if this is the first in a series.

A two credit book from Audible. You know what? It's totally worth two credits (for me, so far, not got to the end yet... other hedging applies).

This is a big book. I have no problem with that.

How the hell could I review this without spoilers?

Really loving this. Not sure it's science fiction though, so I might not do a review on the SFBRP.
