Wow, this took a turn for the stupid. I honestly thought something Miles did might lead to failure or at least some kind of bad outcome. But nope! His mistake will surely lead to him being a bigger hero than I ever expected.

Sigh. If the book carries on like this to the end, I guess it'll be my last Vorkosigan novel.

This is skipping forward in time differently than I remember it. In my head it was pretty even, but there are huge chunks I don't remember being so long and other bits that fly by. This might be due to listening as audio (and falling asleep while listening sometimes) compared to reading it in a paper book.
