The Christmas read through continues..

Starting my Christmas read of the entire Narnia saga! Yes I'm starting in on Lion,Witch,Wardrobe...I'm going in release order!

I have no idea how I feel about this book....

I get the feeling Edison may have if judged by today's standards may have had a slight scale of autism. Brilliant mind, but sort of obsessive and not the best socially it seems..

Why the bloody hell is this written in reverse order chronologically? This absolutely kills the idea of reading through a person's life... What a poor choice of writing style..

Oh I'm done...thank god...

This....is nonsense...

What a bizarre start...Not sure what the hell the first section was going for... but it's started to normalize as a really well done documentary, series of interviews...and....mediocre re-enactments..

Stars and Garters, the acting and production level here is the highest I've seen, even surpassing the Star Wars books..

I almost wish the tone of this book is what we got in the show...

The YA is killing me here....

Interesting...not exactly what I had in mind when I started...it's taken quite a more...younger tone... but still piquing my interest so far...

This...is the most generic military science fiction setting of all time..

After Children of Hurin...which was such a depressing and morose read...I think I may have to have someone talk me down from the cliff by the end of this...

Gotta say, so much of this now will make me appreciate all of the name drops in the LotR movies...

This is a mix of The Odyssesy, and one of any Shakespeare's stories
The punishment and rigors of Odyseses and the tragic end that could have been avoided of Shakespeare

This book is so melodramatic! But definitely in a fun, good way... I swear Turin is so overly dramatic about everything

Well, Summer of Dune is over!

Ugh...this started great....and ended horribly weak...
