“Picture this scene. A critic arrives at the gates of heaven. 'And what did you do?' asks Saint Peter. 'Well', says the dead soul. 'I criticised things'. 'I beg your pardon?' 'You know, other people wrote things, performed things, painted things and I said stuff like, "thin and unconvincing", "turgid and uninspired", "competent and serviceable,"...you know'.”

Happy New Year with great health, love, happiness and adventures *Big Hugs* *Happy* <3 <3 <3"
Hi hun! Aww Thanks love... You should see the birthday cake I'm imagining? Twenty one candles, and a twinky houseboy jumped out of it complete with glittery feather duster, lipgloss, white micro shorts and rollerskates! I've just sent him down to the pool to clear the leaves off the top.....OMG! He's fallen in and you know what happens to those white shorts!!!!!! Oh my! ;) Hugs!
Thanks for accepting my friendvite. Looking forward to seeing you around.“A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.”

LOL Danni! Thanks for that. I love those countryside gems. I live up the road from a village called Wet Wang and I get the giggles every time I drive through it... That could mean so many naughty things and nobody but me *gets* it.

Glad you had fun with it :-) Looking forward to some book chat.
Thanks for the friendvite. I want to write something really witty but it's 6am I've not yet had a cuppa and honestly even spelling is proving tricky. :)

OMG I love him! He's even got the neck tattoo and everything. Oh and love his little pixie boots. It's a true work of art - please thank this mysterious and very talented friend of yours :-)
My friend, the artist, knocked this one out of the park. I hope you love him!!(view spoiler)["br"]>["br"]>
Happy day! I have a twinks Bottom on my Kindle! Well I haven't got an actual twinks bottom because I'm not a twink but you know what I mean...

Yep, destiny indeed :)
I have a feeling my binman story may be the only one ever inspired by a trip to Reading Civic Amenity Site lol. Maybe you'll recognise the setting!

I must admit if he doesn't reappear soon, I may have to rally the troops around to start a petition.
In the end I didn't faff at all yesterday, which means today is going to be fafftastic :)
Hey Danni, Thanks for the friend request. Don't worry 'reading bear' will come back at some stage. My GR friends found my current Ava for me, being an English teacher they thought it was very appropriate and I had to agree with them. 'Reading bear' can still be seen in my photos, he's not gone entirely. Anyway, Sundays are made for faffing about on GR so enjoy your day. Looking forward to talking books with you.
Hi Danni . Great minds think alike. Thanks for inviting me I was just going to ask you. Look forward to some chats. :D love your rating scores!!
