It's not labeled as a 2013 challenge so I think you can just grab a year from whenever you start. Though I don't even think it says a duration so you could probably just go on to try to get higher and higher.

I have a couple of questions about the rules? Do I have to read each level in order? So, if I want my top level to be the 20th book in a series and I want to start with the first in the series, do I have to read 20 first in the series before I move onto 19 second in the series? Or can I read three first in series, two second in series, one third in series, then add another first in series? I hope this makes sense.

The second question, can I back date a bit? (I just finished a first in series two days ago.)
