30.6 Delicious Dee's task:Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction
I am switching to Option B and I'm replacing After Midnight with A Night to Remember by Walter Lord. The fictional book I read related to this was Fateful (used for task 25.5). Both are about the Titanic.

For Book 2, I'll keep Hana's Suitcase: A True Story, which relates to the fictional book: After Midnight (used for task 5.1). Both are about WWII.

30.3 Spring Delights

Option 1-Read a book with an actual photo on the cover.

I read The Solomon Sisters Wise Up by Melissa Senate (a GoodReads Author).

Option 6-Spring in your step

I read a mystery Hush by Kate White. Edited to add why this book made me jump

This book made me "jump", as there was a lot of suspense in trying to find out who was the killer-the main character woke up to find the man she just slept with was murdered while she was asleep in his apartment. The beginning of the book starts with her being locked in a freezer, and then backtracks through her sleuthing of finding he killer. I am very easy to make jump, so as she slowly made her way through all the possible suspects, there were plenty of opportunities to make me "jump" and also give me nightmares!

Hope this works as an explanation-there were just so many different points in this book were the suspense was built up, and then a "surprise"!
