In case some of you are still looking for inspiration, there are lists for each color in this challenge in the listopia section. Not exclusively PNR of course, but it might help someone. http://www.goodreads.com/list/show_ta...
Here's my tentative list, I've seen Healer's Choice on this thread under both yellow and orange. It's a dark amber and kind of on the border. Are we going to accept it in either category? Need an executive decision please.PNR Literary Colors Challenge
October 1 - 31, 2010
Completed: 0/10
1. Orange: Healer's Choice, Jory Strong, Orange or yellow ???, it's kind of dark amber and could go either way

5. Black: The Blindside, Michael Lewis, non-para
6. Yellow: Kitty Goes to War, Carrie Vaughn

I figure you can put it in either category, Daffodil. This challenge is pretty much based on your own perception. If you think it's more yellow/brown, stick it there.ETA: I've seen my purple choice,
filed under brown but
, which is pretty much the same color is put in purple(well the models back is, anyway). So I made a decision to keep it under purple, since that's the color I thought it was.
Thanks. Of course, a lot of the problem is that the colors here are good, but not exactly true. Healer's Choice has a much richer tone IRL. And while it's not as gorgeous as the first two covers, it's still interesting and beautiful.
Choosing the books is both fun and frustrating, but here's my list:PNR Literary Colors Challenge
1. Orange:
- The Sugar Queen2. Red: Burning Up -
3. Brown:
- Moonlight Warrior4. Green: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire -

As Lethal have already answered, it pretty much depends on your perception and what color do you still need for the challenge.
This is all for fun, so there is no challenge police to nitpick on what is the exact color of the book.

I loved that series by Jean Johnson. The characters and world were very original. Also, the female characters were strong, each in their own ways. Hmm, maybe I should reread it...
