congrats Momma--oh, and I'm part of a different reading challenge--the challenge is to read 144 books in 2010. Er, I'm at 110 already, so that's not going to be a problem. I tend to do 1 to 2 books a day, depending on length, what else is going on, how I'm feeling (I get migraines, no reading during THOSE, and they happen about once a week or so) plus if I have to sit and wait anywhere. Right now, I'm also taking a couple of classes (embroidery machine ones) and making a couple of quilts, all of which also cuts into my reading time. If I weren't doing all that other stuff, I'd probably be over the 150 mark already. I have arthritis, and there are days when I can barely move. Those days I can get 3 or even 4 books read, since I am not distracted by "other things" as it were. Well, except for GR of course--maybe if I didn't spend so much time reading posts I'd get more BOOKS read. :oP

Finished Christine Warren's Born to be Wild. This one in her Others series features shifters. The hero, Eli, is a were-lion and his heroine is a human. The plot was interesting and I liked the characters. It was definitely better than her last book, Big Bad Wolf, which lacked a good plot I thought.
