Option B
(which I'm only suggesting to help the mods, certainly not step on their toes! not as well balanced as option A, but maybe that won't be a problem; meanwhile I'm cheerfully late with my plans and will probably read at my own idiosyncratic pace anyway):
April
Slaughterhouse-Five (215 pgs)
The Diamond Age (499 pgs)
May
The Once and Future King (639 pgs)
China Mountain Zhang (313 pgs)
June
Ubik (288 pgs)
The Traitor Baru Cormorant (399 pgs)
I dislike having both fantasy picks in the same month.
PS: Sorry if I'm slow to reply. I'm in tech for my school play and just very IRL busy.

Option C

June

The Diamond Age (499 pgs)

Option B is a liiitle more balanced page-wise, it seems to me.
Do we have 3 fantasy and 3 sci-fi books in the poll? If not, we'll have two of the same genre in some months anyway....

Option D
April
Slaughterhouse-Five (215 pgs)
The Traitor Baru Cormorant (399 pgs)
May
China Mountain Zhang (313 pgs)
The Once and Future King (639 pgs)
June
Ubik (288 pgs)
The Diamond Age (499 pgs)
April
Slaughterhouse-Five (215 pgs)
The Traitor Baru Cormorant (399 pgs)
May
China Mountain Zhang (313 pgs)

The Diamond Age (499 pgs)
Option E
April
Slaughterhouse-Five (215 pgs)
China Mountain Zhang (313 pgs)
May
Ubik (288 pgs)
The Traitor Baru Cormorant (399 pgs)
June
The Diamond Age (499 pgs)
The Once and Future King (639 pgs)

This feels like one of those logic puzzles, lol.
It *think* Option E does everything except separate the 'big' books.
It *think* Option E does everything except separate the 'big' books.

B worked for Aga's and my preferences and Diane's as well.
No one seemed opposed to it (unless having two fantasy books in one month is a problem).
Maybe we should stop at that one, as perfection is not possible? ))

In the best case scenario I plan to read everything except for Baru and Zhang, so I'm going to have my hands full anyway.

Ubik is the only book on the list I have read. The past several reread lists have been full of mostly books I had read already, so I'm going to try to read at least 1 from each month.
March rereads start in a week.
March 15th
Neuromancer >> First impressions | Final thoughts & More
White Cat >> First impressions | Final thoughts & More
March 15th
Neuromancer >> First impressions | Final thoughts & More
White Cat >> First impressions | Final thoughts & More

Option E puts the tomes I want to read in June, so I guess it's fine. Get a move on, future me!
The next few months of re-reads are set.

China Mountain Zhang >> First impressions | Final thoughts

China Mountain Zhang >> First impressions | Final thoughts"
Is this still correct? Nobody has posted anything… just fyi, I started and posted here and on StoryGraph.

The rereads, and indeed even the books of the month, don't always have a strong following. This is often due to extra-literary reasons, as you can imagine. Kickstarting the discussion is usually a good method.
I'd be curious to read it, but I've already signed up for more than I can currently keep up with.

I won't be re-reading that one as I wasn't a big fan the first time around

I am planning to read Baru, but have to clear the decks of a couple other books first.

What titles do you favour? We'll give 'em a bump.
I'm set on the rather improbable feat of digging out some rereads that slipped through my personal schedule in recent months, such as Piranesi, Alphabet of Thorn, The Last Unicorn, even The Raven Tower. maybe I should just just wait for the next cycle when they can be voted as official rereads again.

I just put a vote on Doomsday book for you, but I pretty much vote for books on my TBR pile or if they're really cheap ($2.99 or less).

I'll be out of town all next week, so I probably won't get to it until the start of June.
