I've read 57 books so far this year, and somehow nearly all the authors' last names start with C, M, P or L. Like, what are the odds that every book I choose to read is by an author with those letters....

Yeah I know, but I'm trying to go the last name route first. And a lot of the authors I've read have first names that still start with a letter I've already filled in.

You could still go for Lisa Quigley and Grady Hendrix! Both are quick to read and Quigley has at least two small novellas.
