I thought A Life on Our Planet: My Witness Statement and a Vision for the Future was a wonderful read. Hope you enjoy it.
It’s been on my list for a while now. I hope I can get it from the library. I have a reservation on it but it looks like there’s a wait list so I may have to move it to next month’s reading plans. I am glad that you enjoyed it.
Now that I am done with the yearly challenge I am going to switch focus to Popsugar, Read Harder, Litsy Non-Fiction and Reading Women challenges because I am not sure how to just choose books, lol! Next up in my book queue areBurnt Sugar

One of the main characters is a girl with Downs Syndrome. He does an amazing job of bringing her character to life. I highly recommend the audiobook. I see you have it as an ebook. Can you get the whispersync deal?
Oh, and the second book is just as good.

I don't think you'll regret it, Almeta. Hearing the narrator say, "I"m a good hawk" really puts the inflection into the words that you wouldn't necessarily pick up from a print edition. I'll be interested in your take of the book when you're finished.

I am having cataract surgery August 4th and hoping that all goes well and I’ll be back to reading quickly. It’s an odd kind of cataract, a quick growing one that grew on top of a slow growing one! Who knew? My husband is having a more serious eye operation August 20 so who knows how much I will be able to do. Hoping that I will be better than normal and able to keep on reading!
