What's the title of the book, Winter? If it's something like City of Ashes, I'd count that as a place. That one might depend on the actual context of the title.

I read a short story (The Queen's Army by Marissa Meyer), a children's book (The Tale of Despereaux: Being the Story of a Mouse, a Princess, Some Soup, and a Spool of Thread by Kate DiCamillo) and an adult fantasy novel (The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern).
