Well, having just finished Lady Cop Makes Trouble by Amy Stewart, I've now read #1, #2, and #4 of this series, and I have #3 on reserve at the library. These are great historical crime fiction, and I hope we don't have to wait too long for #5 (with whatever clever title that one has).

Does My Head Look Big in This? is a Young Adult book that I'd be happy to recommend even for some pre-teens. Aussie author Randa Abdel-Fattah writes about an Aussie Muslim teenager wanting to wear a hijab to school in spite of her parents' worries. YIKES!
