Winter (winter9) | 4793 comments THE TBR RANDOMISER CHALLENGE
Duration: January 1st - December 31st 2017

Brought back for another year because we know that sometimes it can be tough to choose what to read next.
Let Goodreads decide for you!

Step 1: Select the number of books you want to read for this challenge.
Step 2: Go to the “My Books” tab on the top of the Goodreads Page.
Step 3: Bring up your “To-Read” shelf.
Step 4: On the bottom of the page in the middle, go to the “sort” field and select “Random.”
Step 5: Goodreads will generate a random list of books for you.

Post your list of books to read here by counting down from the top of your “Random” List.

Happy Reading!

Robyn | -15 comments I am in with 12. Instead of making my list at the beginning of the year I am going to hit random on the first of each month to see what book Goodreads recommends for me each month. Since I am forever adding and clearing out my to read list I figure this will give me a good chance at reading the books I add throughout the year.

Winter (winter9) | 4793 comments Welcome everyone! Some of you already have your books drawn. For those of you that want to draw them as you go that's completely fine too! I find the process of drawing very exiting. A little too much maybe since I haven't completed yet. I hope you all have a great year of reading and of slimming down your TBR. Although let's be honest, most will have as many books added as read, right?

What sort of criteria did you use to overhaul your TBR list?

Adriana | 3888 comments @Maureen- I just thought about the chances of me wanting to read or reading the book in the next year. If it's been there a long time chances are no but if the summary still excites me then I keep it. Also, I've read enough books to know what will make me happy and if the book doesn't have the greatest rating it's probably a dud.

I've got to overhaul more often. This helped me to rediscover books I wanted to read ages ago so I have them in my mind to read for next year.
