This is a 2 book task.
Examine the masterpieces pictured below. If you were tasked with naming, or captioning, one of these masterpieces, what would you call it? What possible titles or captions come to mind? Locate and read a book with the title you imagined.
You may select two of these images OR use just one of these images for two different books. Please post the 1-2 images that were the inspiration for your two books and your creative title or caption.
Required: Post the inspiration images (not the covers of the books you read) and explain the connection to the titles you chose.
Inspiration:
Book 1: The Bridge by Karen Kingsbury
The bridge in the inspiration image stood out to me so this book title made sense for me.
Inspiration:
Book 2: The Sandcastle Girls by Chris Bohjalian
The image looks like two little girls making sand castles so this title on my TBR came to my mind immediately.
I listened to the audiobook, but linked to the PB edition.
