The booktitle says it all, but to explain a bit: Fermin Romero de Torres is in a (not so nice) jail for a while and finally escapes in a body bag. The titles refers to David Martin who is in that same jail and that's who the title refers to. Maybe a familiar name from The Angel's Game.
