Will update posts as I go..... happy reading!

Hi Stephanie,
I understand completely how you feel - I don't generally don't read YA if I can avoid it, either. Often you can work around it by finding something that might not be YA by most definitions, but is still shelved that way. I took a peek at your shelves, and you have a couple of m/m titles on your TBR that are shelved as YA. The only one that appears to be part of a series is Frat Boy and Toppy. Another option based on your "read" shelf - you gave 5 stars to Tell Me It's Real, and another book by the same author, Bear, Otter, and the Kid (which I loved) is shelved as m/m young adult, lgbt young adult, etc. by a few people. Also, if neither of those work for you, here's a list of m/m books with high school/college settings, and a lot (if not most) of them would probably qualify: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/7....
All that being said, I'd hate to see you (or anyone) pass up a challenge based on just a single book requirement, so if you absolutely can't find anything that works as YA to read, it seems to me that you could swap out YA for a different genre without changing the spirit of the challenge...

Okay, thanks for that. Your right a lot of books are shelved as both Adult and YA sometimes and i'm sure i can find something to fit.

Hi Valerie!
What sub-genres of romance do you like to read? I would be happy to give you some suggestions :)

The Vampire Diaries series is considered YA. I don't typically care for YA books, but I read the first one and loved it.
