Just an FYI for you guys - we leave for vacation next Saturday. I'm going to try to find and finish my book on Friday but even if I don't we will have internet access where we are headed - I just won't be on all the time ☺

Just a couple more days til we get started! Yay! :)

Did we want to have any sort of strategy when it comes to claiming items? In past teams I've been on, we've just claimed whatever we wanted at first, and then started coordinating what items to claim as we got deeper into the challenge, and that's seemed to work fine, but I wasn't sure if anybody had another opinion on how we should handle it.

Coordinating has always worked good. I usually post what all items I can claim each week and then try to find common ones amongst us. Seems like it doesn't hurt you as bad when an item gets called you've already claimed if the team makes up for it in the other categories.

Last go round our team did the same as what Jenne said. It worked out well. We didn't always all get all the same stuff but enough that we could usually claim at least an extra point a week after the first week was done.

That makes sense. I know last round, it seemed every other item called was one I had already claimed lol.

Well, I had to go through almost 20 books, but I finally found one with piano in it! I was really starting to worry, lol.

I need to know what books you ladies are reading that have >piano< in them. I looked at several I own last night and only found it in one. I was beginning to freak out,lol. At least I found one. It's a re-read - thank God it was a good book
