What Are You Currently Reading? (doesn't have to be an Aussie book)
As those of you who got my recommendation will already know, I really loved Touch
by Claire North. 5★s.I wondered if this could be as good as The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August: it is!
Reading Last Christmas and enjoying it, though I got confused at first with the jumping between timelines. It's a great escape from a very busy time of life at the moment!
Finished Out of the Mists: The Hidden History of Elizabeth Jessie Hickman by Di Moore extremely interesting 4★s

Runaway Lies by Shannon Curtis has started off really well too...a bit of intrigue ;)

No haven't seen it but would love too. When I closed the book last night, it was difficult to let them go...so seeing them in the movie would be lovely

Marianne wrote: "and I can recommend the movie! I borrowed it from the library...."Oh I am definitely going to watch it Marianne. I want to see Anne Hathaway play Emma. I had a clear picture of her face while I was reading it. And the way he described her features in the book was Anne Hathaway all over. :)
Not sure about Dexter, he was blond in the book.
Oh well, I will just have to see it :)
I just finished Die Again by Tess Gerritsen, another 5 ★ read. How does she do it? I was a little worried that her sending Jane to Africa would be silly like what James Patterson did to Alex Cross in Cross Country, but I should have trusted Tess to make it believable and interesting. my review https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I finished: The Sunburnt Country by Fiona Palmer 4★My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Mish wrote: "Not sure about Dexter, he was blond in the book. Oh well, I will just have to see it :) ..."I saw the movie before reading the book (and a handful of times since then), and for me there can be no other Dexter than Jim Sturgess. Perfect. Oh, and he ages very well in the film, too...
Just finished TimeStorm by Steve Harrison Fabulous! 5★s

Did you never read that at school?

Thanks Bette. I thought I already had that on my TBR. It appears not. I have added it now. Thanks for the explanation about the Anne Tyler.

I have this one to read - someone told me it was written back to front which was what threw her.

No I missed out reading it at school. Such a shame! I am loving this now and my husband tells me there is a movie version with Leonard Nimoy. Must hunt that one down :)
