This is the 14th book about a lady who runs a cleaning business. Lois Meade likes to help the local police Inspector solves crimes in the village of Farden.
These books are an enjoyable light read.

Now started Long Time Coming. It has been a long while since I have read a Robert Goddard but DH enjoyed it, so i thought I'd give it a go. Not far advanced yet.

And now I'm worried, as I normally really like books that you like, Phrynne, and I'm guessing you didn't like it that much. And I generally enjoy Brenda's enjoyed books too...

I'm a little way in, and so far it's not bad. There's a lot more exposition than I expected, given the show vs tell thing that we writers worry about. There's much telling and little showing so far.

I'll review it when I'm finished.
