What Are You Currently Reading? (doesn't have to be an Aussie book)

I now have the pleasure of encountering for the first time The Unbearable Lightness of Being.

Thank you, Brenda :)
I just found me a new author (actually a husband and wife team) of paranormal fiction - Ilona Andrews. The book I read was called On the Edge and it was very good.

Yours too Brenda. I don't read true crime (for some reason I like all my stuff to be fiction) but it sounds like you really enjoyed this one.

Thanks Phrynne. I don't normally read much true crime either, but I needed one for a challenge, and this one had been on my kindle since 2012! So finally I read it, and I'm glad I did!

These challenges - they really make us come out of our comfort zones! (Deja vu - I just wrote that same sentence on another group's site.)

They most certainly do Phrynne! I have read way out of my comfort zone because of challenges:)

I am now suffering book-hangover and am intensely
jealous of all who will read it for the first time.
No review as yet.

Another great review Bette, this sounds like a real goodie. I know what you mean though, sometimes a book feels even too good to share and you just want to keep hugging it for a bit longer! That's a measure of a good book.
I have just finished The Haunted Bookshop by Christopher Morley 4★s

I just started this one yesterday...liking it so far.
Before that I finished The Other Typist by Suzanne Rindell. Set in America in the 1920s, it's the story of Rose, a plain 'good girl' who works as a typist in a police station and her growing obsession with Odalie, an attractive free spirit who also comes to work there.
Subtle and creepy with a bit of a twist at the end. 4 stars from me.

I'm trying to clear a few overdue reviews for my arcs.

I've read about 100 pages so far and it is really good! I've read 1Q84 and The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle already but this one is probably the most readable of them.
