Alik I'm halfway through Ransom by David Malouf. One of my all time favourite books is Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller and since then I read anything I can get my hands on about the Battle of Troy.

B the BookAddict (bthebookaddict) I'm reading Black Roses by Jane Thynne
and
Bellagrand: A Novel by Paullina Simons - it's a bit of a dud at the moment. Lots of short choppy sentences which I don't enjoy and it's quite political.

Carolyn | 9840 comments Thanks to Angela for convincing me to push Joyland by Stephen King up to the top of my TBR pile! I read it in more or less one sitting during the April read-a-thon and really enjoyed it - not hard core horror as I expected but a good murder mystery 4.5★.
