Patricia (pjaye) I just finished (well, at 3am last night because I just couldn't stop myself) The Winter People by Jennifer McMahon and loved it.

The Fry Chronicles. It's interesting going so far. I'd rather have read Moab Is My Washpot, but FC isn't bad.

The only problem it's an ARC. The font is so tiny that I can only read it in small doses, and I can't enlarge on the eReader :/

message 7800: by Vicki (new)

Vicki Tyley (vickityley) | 1732 comments Still reading Frantic by Katherine Howell.

Loving it. Though I have to confess that I'm more in Sophie the paramedic's corner than the detective’s at this stage. But that s probably at the 50% mark, we are yet to get to know her. Or maybe it's because Katherine Howell is an ex-ambulance officer and the character of Sophie is more real because of it. Regardless, it's a gripping read. Thanks for the recommendation. :)
