Hi everyone! I'm Linda from Illinois - a suburb of Chicago. I'm new to this group. Love to read, unfortunately not enough time to read all the books I want to. Really enjoy crime and mystery thrillers. Looking forward to being a part of this group. Happy reading everyone!!
Welcome to the group Linda. I'll never live long enough to read all the books that I want to read and every month they release new ones. Enjoy!!
Hello everyone and a big friendly welcome to all of the new members. This group really is growing. I am Theresa Moretimer, author of the To Hide from Death series. I try to get here as much as I can but sometimes I fail. This year I intend to interact as much as I can (a lot more than last year). Glad to see all of you here :)

Hi everyone, I am new to this group. My name is Ann-Kathrin, I am originally from Germany, but live in Boston now. I go to grad school for English Lit, but my guilty pleasure are thrillers. I have already finished two this year (I know it is only the third): Ice Station (Matthew Reilly) and American Assassin (Vince Flynn). I hope this year many more will follow...
Hi Ann-Kathrin, welcome to the group. I live about 15 miles NW of Boston. I read over 100 books a year and wish I had time to read more. There a lots of great people here with great recommendations. Enjoy!!
Hi I’m Frances I recently joined Goodreads in November 2014 and I’m looking forward to joining this group. I enjoy reading suspense thrillers, action/adventure, and historical fiction. Some of my favorite authors are Michael Robotham, Steve Berry, Daniel Silva, David Baldacci and John Grisham.
I have read tons of books over the years and write reviews on books I’ve really liked including a few that only warrant one star ratings; not many of those thank goodness.
I live in Calgary, Alberta a beautiful place in the summer but rather cold in the winter.
Interests are definitely reading, along with golfing, traveling (a favorite spot is Scotland).
Hi, I live in the Midwest in the US. I like reading thrillers, suspense, mysteries, fiction, a little bit of romance along the side, and fantasy novels. Aside of reading, I like to participate in sports like Ice Skating, Soccer, and Basket Ball. I like making jewelry and I have just started up to write some poetry..
Loads of new members today.

Vince Flynn was definitely a master of his craft. His Mitch Rapp series are a reflection of the current geo-political climate and are extremely realistic. It is sad that this master story teller is no longer with us.
