Starting a book in May..."Okay, thanks.

I can't find this in the rules but may have missed it --- for the regular page count towers does a book have to be started and finished in the same month? eg Can a book be started on May 29th and finished in June and be counted in the June total?
It would be okay for the mini I assume.

by Stephen King. It's 4 long short stories. They're not horror as such but very odd and intriguing and also extremely well-written.

I've started another long book
by Lawrence Durrell 884 pages which is set In Egypt (obviously by the title) so suits Anubis. I should get through it in May. It's 4 linked books so I can read in chunks between my other long Follet book, which I'm enjoying immensely. I've met international groups of linked characters: Russian workers and aristos, English aristos, Welsh miners, German and US embassy spies and military bods and become involved in their lives. Little do they know WW1 is imminent.

Tell jus how it is when you're done! I've always wanted to read his books!"I've read quite a few of his books and enjoyed them. They're page turners and sometimes you have to suspend your critical eye. But fun.

My next read.
850 pages and red cover according to TinEye.

Can we have a brief rundown of what some of the less obvious Winners Tower names refer to, please eg Lord Vetinari, Remus Lupin, Palpatine, Thundercats etc.
My current historical romance fits Lust so that's easy!

No worries. Thanks.
I have a couple of very thick Ken Follets with solid colour covers so this could be the year they finally get read hahaha

Is this green enough to be green, do you think? I'll read it for another challenge anyway and it's been sitting by my bed for yonks.
