Just thinking, if you would prefer to read for another main task, I think that would be fine at this time too. Charlie is the only player who hasn't yet checked in to select her main tasks and there are still plenty left for her to choose.

Laura and Amanda, do you think that's ok?

Hey Karen,
I was just going to post that you're eligible to read for the bonus task since you finished reading your two books for tasks. Congratulations! It is one book for task. You may choose whichever one of these tasks you like:

◈ Read a book in which the main character has too much responsibility.
◈ Read a BIG book (over 650 pages).
◈ Read a book with a garden on the cover (vegetable or flower).

Ooh, good thinking Alissa for alternate options for Kalyn! Kalyn, would it be ok to use those tasks for your two Read books? Actually, I don't see the name of your read book that has a bird on the cover.

Both the books you posted (for Labors 2 and 12) to the Read thread were claimed in earlier posts by teammates. That is awesome though that you've already read books that fit those two tasks! I'm not sure how Laura will want to handle that, but I'm sure she'll let you know once she's back online. :)

Not sure if you found a spot for The Ocean at the End of the Lane,but if not, thinking the mushroom square could work. The story took place on a lane out in the country with fields and woods where you might find mushrooms. Also, the story was very magical and mystical and certain mushrooms when consumed can cause the consumer to "trip" and have magical thoughts.

My Read book, Three Wishes, if it hasn't been used would work for Contemporary (61 users), or the tennis shoe since one of the sisters in the story runs all the time.
