I finished for the house square. It was really a dumb, predictive book. Teenage girls with lots of angst for boys must have been the targeted audience. Oh well, at least it was a fast read and got that "house on cover" square completed. Now to get back to my good book!

Margaret, I thought it was ok because when I first looked at the ink spot I thought it looked like a bear or a dog. Laura, does the cover have to look like it? I just thought it could look like something in the book. Margaret is the dog a main part of the story? If so, I think it would work, but let's wait to hear what Laura says. She knows best! :)

My book is Fakers by Meg Collett. The edition I'm reading has a close up picture of a green house with a window.

Glad you enjoyed kayaking with your dad and sister. Our lake is so calm in the morning. A peaceful way to start the day with friends.
