Wow! Laura, I have no idea how you keep all this straight, but I am so glad you are our captain. Reading all the posts has pretty much boggled my mind too. I should finish today. It has tons of color, but at this point it sounds like we're just waiting to see if Charlie's purple titled book will work and if it does then we're all set. Correct? I will still post my book in a bit and maybe it will get used somehow in Bingo.

I'm leaving for the beach with girlfriends on Saturday for the week. Since we're driving I'm planning on taking a stack of library books with me plus my iPad with Kindle app with all those books. Hoping I'll have books with me that will work for our Bingo cards!

1. Meeting new people who also love to read.
2. Reading more books than I ever have!
3. Learning all the new games. Olympics has been my favorite, so far. :)

The captains are asking that all books for Dumbo Octopus be finished by Tuesday, so we can spin again. WAT ends on Friday, August 19! We're almost there! Happy Reading!

Hooray for your son, Laura! A milestone for sure.

Tennis is great fun and it's never too late to start. We were lucky and got a partly shady court. It's 94 degrees today. I love summer, but sports need to be done early in the morning. At least we won quickly and could get back in air conditioning. :)

Ugh, Margaret. That's the only negative about these challenges when you commit to read something and then it's an awful book. Normally, I would just abandon it, but in a challenge I won't. Hope it improves!

I'm about halfway through my "o" book. Busy weekend without as much reading time as I would have liked.
