Lauri, I picked up the book, Fire in the Blood and will read it for Labor 7 "read a book originally written in a different language than yours". Adding it to the planning ss now.

Slowly listening to my stop 8 book. I'm on disc 5 out of 15 discs. I thought there were 10 discs, but actually 15. Arg! At least it's not quite as confusing as it was in the beginning. :)

Another Labor is completed! Labor 2 is done. Way to go, Charlie!

Here's what I copied from the rules, Karen.

Bonus Scaling
For teams with between 0 - 3 total Main Labor completions, they will be allowed to have 2 Bonuses open.
For teams with between 4 - 7 total Main Labor completions, they will be allowed to have 3 Bonuses open.
For teams with between 8 - 10 total Main Labor completions, they will be allowed to have 4 Bonuses open.
For teams with between 11 - 12 total Main Labor completions, they will be allowed to have 5 Bonuses open.

So to answer your question, yes, we should be getting another bonus open. I think it's the one we have colored out on our bonus ss. Laura will help us with this when she is able to get online, I'm sure.

Lauri, if you want to read one of the garden books, I can read Fire in the Blood. I just checked and it is available now at my library. I really enjoyed her other book, Suite Française, and if I take one and you take one we could get those two tasks knocked out fast. If you really want to read it, or have already started it, then no problem.

I'm going to finish a book I've been reading Patient H.M.: A Story of Memory, Madness, and Family Secrets for a banked book.

Now that it's posted, not so sure about the party decoration on Whispers, Rumors and Lies. Another team used it, but I don't see a decoration...maybe I'm distracted by the men!

We only have 2 main tasks left to claim!!

Yes. She was out of town this weekend. She will be back today and hopefully have time to get back on our thread and select. Luckily for us, she's a very flexible reader. We can all help her with some sample books to fit the tasks, if she needs assistance.
