Hmmm...just read preview for Dog Songs and it's poetry. I don't know if we then need to go with the word count. It would be a really fast read, but maybe too fast for the rules. How does that work, Laura?
Here are some possibilities that continue the Fighting Love>>>Love That Dog relay.Dog Songs>>>Songs of the Humpback Whale>>> Whale Talk
Do these sound good to anyone? I've read Songs of the Humpback Whale and it was good.

Great.. we almost have that task all claimed!"
Awesome! I'll pick it up at the library tomorrow.

Looking around online...how about Love That Dog to link with yours, Maritza? It's got a lot of poetry, so it will read fast. There are a lot of books that start with "dog". BTW, are we allowed to ignore articles in title relays?

#2 in series to start a relay
This should be quick book."
I have First Comes Love, but "love" is on the wrong end of the title. :(

Ma..."
No worries. I missed that Maritza had taken #1 in the chatter. I don't have any better books for relay right now. I'll wait and see what others post for options.
Ok. I'll just bank Ruby then to be safe.Instead I can read #1 in a series with The Onesies, Fall which is part of a published series. Is that ok?
For Labors 28 I need your advice Laura to see if my book, Ruby works. On GR under the author bio it says, "She is currently completing the second book in the RUBY Trilogy. " I searched and can't find where the 2nd book has yet been published. Would this qualify as #1 in a series if #2 has not yet been published? I'm guessing the answer is no, but thought I'd check.
Correction: Valley of the MoonI don't think any of these are part of a series, so maybe the don't work?
Good morning team! I slept in (late night) and I can't believe how much has happened since yesterday when I last checked! We are buzzing along now! My very old computer died on me yesterday, so we bought a new one. Exciting, but I won't have it for a few days while they transfer files. I do not like working on my iPad for GR. I am almost done with Ruby. I have a wedding shower today, but should be able to finish it today. I'll then check back and see what's left. Have a good work day, Maritza and happy weekend all!
