222868 Sadly I already have a list of "have to read" books that I hardly get time to read the ones I buy for myself :) Sounds like fun but no time, hope to read this one tonight and in the morning , really good so far

Slay All Day and some humor that I love but as soon as I finished this one I have to get Angel in a Devil's Arms read and reviewed then I have to do the same with Dragon's Call then Revenge Among the Stars LOL, so other than that Slay All Day book, the rest are assigned to me to review. Welcome to my world and add another dozen or more product reviews all before the end of the month

Her series that is very similar in tone but a bit of a SF tinge to the magic angle, I loved all 3 books so far and they are set in the same world but are really stand alone books, highly recommend any of them.

222868 Well I bought this one today since it was new and shiny, because obviously I was below 1000 books in the TBR

222868 I have come to the conclusion that I am a sucker for Cinderella type stories (even if Cinderella is pregnant) although whoever thinks up these titles needs to put a bit more work into it :)

One series I want to read so badly but know I don't have the time is the Half Moon Hollow series, I read a novella and couple of short stories from the series and they were hilarious and great entertainment. Sometimes this reviewing thing keeps me from books I would normally be reading. If I could get rid of this addiction to 5-6 hours of sleep each night I could get so much more reading done :)

222868 re: How to Save an Undead Life - I read the whole series and loved it, some twists you don't expect but it does take her awhile to get to the point where she is actually a badass :)

222868 Well I can tell you that I did not want to stop reading and go to bed, Dark Matters is definitely a page turner :)

222868 Michelle Diener has finally written another Class Five book called
Dark Matters which will be released on the 15th. I got an early copy and it is starting out as good as the others, pretty stressful :) Love this series. If you have not read this series this is only the 4th book and the first 3 were exceptional IMHO

I am hooked into about 3-4 of his series still, I finally gave up on The Damned, it seemed to get repetitive a bit, I am still hooked on the original series and its followup plus a few more and he is pulling me in on a couple of new ones. The guy goes out and finds these authors with ideas and helps them turn their stories into really entertaining books (usually LOL). I love the fact he has not tried to price us out of the market and everything he writes/publishes is on KU

222868 Read a couple of historical romance recently, the first was free on KU Nobody's Duke which in my opinion was a great story told long and mediocre but I loved the story enough to give it a 4 Star rating but the second book which is also free on KU looked like more of the same so I am not rushing to grab it. The second one is an ARC that will be released later this month (29 Oct) called This Earl of Mine was 4+, loved the story and the characters and except for a bit long in the telling it was exceptional (and highly unlikely LOL), it is also book 1 of a series if you would like to start what looks to be a very good series, I will be grabbing the second book as soon as it is available.

222868 Short version : Don't call us, we will call you

Last time they changed the methodology I lost about 100 places in the rankings, took me almost a year to recover and to be honest it is just an ego thing but I feel like I worked for it :)

222868 I am down to 13, 686 today and I have been at #67 longer than any rank I have ever had, especially in the Top 100 where it changes every week, I fear I am going to login one day and find myself ranked #999 and a whole new ranking system installed. They are doing something I just have no clue as to what it might be but the whole review ranking system is froze except for the helpful vote count which is losing ground every day.

222868 I read Three Wishes and liked it good enough I grabbed book 2 Two Deals and can't wait for book 3 which was supposed to be released this month (looks to be running late) but good story, easy to read, good ending. For a KU book they were excellent, I need to write some reviews

222868 If you are looking for something kind of light and still in the general plot of stumbling upon your mate (they call it something else in this series) try this one, 1/3 through and enjoying it, moderately erotic I assume at some point (not yet) and I have a weak spot for Djinn and HEA and no cliffhangers :) This is book 1, book 2 is out, not sure when book 3 is coming (4 books in all) and supposedly they can be read as stand alone but my OCD don't allow that LOL. FREE on KU also, I stumbled up on it looking for another book

222868 Got me all excited for nothing LOL I was curious, authors have used my reviews before but they always ask permission. I loved the book though but I can see where some folks were not as enthused as I am, it was not as romantic overall as previous books but did wrap up several things that have been floating for about 2-3 books but it was much more of a war story than anything else but of course it ends with the romance as always LOL
