JC, since you have read Moby Dick already, you might be interested in this new book that just came out,
Why Read Moby-Dick? by Nathaniel Philbrick. I enjoyed Moby Dick when I read it, but I must say reading this other book I learned some things about Moby Dick that got me to enjoy it a bit more. You might too, and it is a relatively quick read, also.
