The Kids Are At Home – A Very Special Podcast Episode
So many of our listeners, family, and friends are quarantined, in lock-down, or encouraged to stay at home, often with kids.
While we all love our kids, many of us arent used to being with them 24/7, much less while being expected to work from home, and with lots of stress and nowhere to go.

The downside to being human
Is there really a downside to being human?
Sure, we have to go to work, take out the garbage, and put the toilet seat down (or up), but that’s a small price to pay for all the fun and interesting things we get to do, like invent stuff, fall in love, race cars, vacation around the world, and argue on the Internet. We humans are in control of our lives to a large degree.
We are conscious, and we make our own decisions! That’s really awesome.
Yes, we’ve grown be...

Move better, move to heal
My mentor Katy Bowman believes that so strongly that she even renamed her own method from Restorative Exercise to Nutritious Movement, and rebranded a whole organization to reflect that powerful message – how we move, how often we move, how we distribute movement and what the variety of that movement is will, to a large degree, determine the mechanical health of our bodies and tissues, down to our cellular DNA....

What no one told you about movement and digestion
I first came to Restorative Exercise in 2010. I had a myriad of body pains that weren’t being helped by conventional medicine and therapy.

The sound of one man clapping
I still love writing about fitness and nutrition, but I've alw Somewhere, there's a landfill or a garage, with boxes of my old stuff that I remember as brilliant, but only because I'll never find them.
