Are bowls the perfect food?

Well, yes. Like a taco, the bowl can be anything you want it to be, and more.

In fact, if you think about it, the taco is like an edible, self-contained bowl.

Make it stick – try this instead of resolutions

A week from now, at the beginning of 2020, I will be doing my annual planning ritual.

lll be looking at large projects, the work and personal habits that I want to establish, and creating space in my calendar to make them happen.

Stop a Cold with this Natural Cold Remedy

I’ve been living this healthy lifestyle for years, but I still catch colds no matter how healthy I am. Whether it’s a cure for the common cold or just stopping it in its tracks seems like semantics to me.

A natural remedy that makes my cold go away? Done!

How to stop a cold with a natural cold remedy

Hi, it’s Roland, and I have a cold.

I’ve been pretty miserable.

I felt it when I woke up Thursday night with a scratchy throat and a little sniffle.

Health Books for the Holidays? Be careful, but do it anyway

Giving a diet book as a gift is dangerous, but if you’re careful you can give a book that’s healthy to a loved one without sending the wrong message.

The holidays are here, so it’s gift-giving season.
