Girls Just Wanna Have Fun…they just wanna
I am ssssoooo ready for the weekend. I don’t know what it is, but lately I’ve been feeling like a hermit. HERMIT, I tell you. I’ve been running myself low on sleep, leaving myself no real time to play, and it’s beginning to show with the bags under my eyes. And I’m telling you, a person’s diet should not consist of Diet Pepsi, black coffee and energy drinks. It just shouldn’t.
BUT, good news is that my new contemporary romantic comedy series will launch in November! AND, the Cover Reveal / Title Reveal is scheduled to begin September 17, 2013…so mark your calendars. There’s a three-day cover reveal event going on in, hosted by Girls Heart Book Tours, and I’ll be giving away a copy of Fender Bender Blues, my debut contemporary romantic comedy. It’s a fun book! Check it out HERE. There will be a few other author titles I’ll be giving away in the Rafflecopter during the 3-day Cover Reveal / Title Reveal event. I’ll be updating my News tab with prize info, and tour info up until the day of the event. Make sure to check back often!
Anyway, to celebrate the fact that my work with my new novel is almost done (edits, baby, edits), and that my cover is finished (yes!), and soon I’ll be able to hold my new baby in my hands and probably sleep with it at night for a couple of weeks, I feel like I need to get OUT. Celebrate. Get crazy. Laugh like a hyena in public. Talk too loudly so strangers give me those weird, judge-ey looks (you know what I’m talking about).
One of my fav places to go is the martini bar. It’s seriously THE BEST place for a 
martini in this town. Looovvveee it. Plus, Their floors are old, scarred dark wood, they’ve got these old couches in there and small round tables so friends can guffaw at each other with ease
A girl’s night at the martini bar. I could definitely use one of those! A lot of my new friends are authors, who are AWESOME, but who live a gajillion miles away, which sucks, because I know they’d celebrate like rock stars with me! You shall be in my heart, sista’s-from-anotha’-motha’
