The state of New California is doing everything right in becoming a new state. The group of visionaries led by Paul Preston is using the US Constitution and the West Virginia model from the Civil War.
When Americans lose their voice and their ballot to tyrants, there is a way out in the US Constitution. This is what Americans in California are doing.
This coming Monday, January 15, 2024, at 11 am Pacific Time, members of New California State will be “Affirming, Declaring and Proclaiming” their intent to make a new state. New California members will be reading their statements on the California State Capitol steps.
“Sacramento, CA will be the location for reading of the New California State Statehood Proclamation. In celebration of the 6th anniversary of New California Declaring Independence from the state of California the Affirmation, Declaration of Independence AND Statehood Proclamation will be read on the California state capital steps.”
New California was an idea that became a reality around 2016. Since that time, the elections in California have included ballot harvesting and all mail-in ballots, and the results always go to the Democrats, and yet many in the state believe the state is red.
Tyranny is now commonplace. The border is open to the south. The cities provide for illegal aliens. The crime has skyrocketed as Soros backed DA’s indict the police and let criminals go free.
Americans who disagree or who live in the more rural areas of the state have no voice. They are silenced.
COVID mandates came and went, and the 2020 Election was stolen. The New California model was well ahead of its time.
The New California movement is on track to become the 51st state. The foundation is in place to move forward. The individuals involved have created a constitution and a legislature. They have sent representatives to Washington, DC.
The work of many is coming to fruition.
Please remember that the state of New California could save the 2024 Election for the GOP and this country.

Democrat Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker ran to ABC on Sunday to whine about the illegal aliens being sent to his state.
With the border crisis being at an all-time high, Texas Governor Greg Abbott is sending illegals to Democrat run sanctuary cities. TGP reported on Saturday that Illinois Governor JB Pritzker begged Governor Abbott to stop sending illegals to Illinois.
Governor Pritzker supports illegal immigration. He signed a bill in 2021 promoting protections for illegals.
Pritzker suddenly has a change of heart now that the illegal aliens are flooding into his state and using up resources.
“There are plenty of other cities where, if he’s gonna send people, they could be sent — but no, he’s choosing only Democrat states, Democrat cities…” Democrat Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker said on ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday.

Governor Pritzker has demonstrated that he puts illegal aliens ahead of the citizens of Illinois.
TGP reported in October of 2023 that he diverted rental assistance money meant for U.S. citizens to instead house illegals.
Ultimately, the responsibility is with the Federal Government in its failure to protect our nation’s southern border. An estimated 11 million illegals have flooded the U.S. in the last 3 years.
US Border Patrol apprehended 3.2 million illegal aliens in fiscal year 2023 (Oct 1-Sept 30). In the last 3 years, the number is estimated at 11 million illegal border crossers. That number equals about the population of 41 individual states.

Cowardice of Late-Night Hosts Becomes Painfully Clear: Watchdog Finds What Majority of Their Political Jokes Are Really About | The Gateway Pundit
Late-night talk shows are a monotonous abyss of angry left-wing trolls who spew lame “jokes” that alienate half the nation.
According to a new study by the Media Research Center, a whopping 81 percent of political jokes told on major late-night talk shows in 2023 targeted conservatives.
“Throughout all of 2023, the late-night comedians told a total of 9,518 political jokes, and of these 7,729 or 81 percent were directed at someone or something on the right side of the political spectrum,” the conservative media watchdog found.
MRC analyzed all six of the major daily late-night shows from Jan. 3 through Dec. 22:
• ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
• CBS’ “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
• CBS’ “The Late, Late Show with James Corden” until its April cancellation.
• Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.”
• NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
• NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
The most aggressively anti-conservative host was Kimmel.
“Jimmy Kimmel is the most mean-spirited and most partisan of the analyzed sextet, with 2,215 jokes in 2023, and of these 1,960, or 88 percent, were directed at right-leaning targets,” the Media Research Center said.
“In his top ten, there were nine right-leaners and one left-leaner: Donald Trump (762), George Santos (276), Joe Biden (164), Mike Lindell (106), Mike Pence (72), Republicans (62), Donald Trump Jr. (58), Tucker Carlson (53), Marjorie Taylor Greene (47), and Ted Cruz (38),” the study found.
It was similarly skewed for Meyers. Of the 2,445 political jokes he told last year, 84 percent targeted conservatives, with most jabs directed at former President Trump.
Along the same vein, Colbert told a total of 1,918 political jokes in 2023, of which 86 percent were anti-conservative.

One oddity is that Trump’s adult children were mocked at a ratio of more than 9-1 over President Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
This is astonishing when you consider that Hunter’s drug-fueled, prostitute-filled misadventures are jokes that practically write themselves.

Years ago, comedians were irreverent and bold. They fearlessly targeted anyone who deserved to be scoffed at regardless of political affiliation.
These days, most comedians — indeed, most entertainers and public figures — relentlessly deride conservatives while leaving liberals untouched.
There’s nothing brave about making the same, repetitive wisecracks that punch down on fellow Americans whom the industrial media complex has deemed contemptible.
It’s a cowardly herd mentality that says more about the jokesters than about their targets.

The Hunt for Viktor Orbán – 120 Globalist European Lawmakers Want To Punish Hungary, Take Away Its Voting Rights in the EU | The Gateway Pundit
The years-long political struggle between Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the European Union seems to be coming to a head.
Conservative champion Orbán is hated with a passion by Brussels for the very same reasons that make us care for him – defense of family values, of a national culture, rejection of Climate Alarmist lunacy and suicidal unchecked mass migration – oh, yes, and the icing on the cake: refusal to finance the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine.
The Hungarian PM is also not fond of the EU as it stands now, as we can learn from his already classic assessment:
“Today, things pop up that remind us of the Soviet times. Yes, it happens that history repeats itself. Fortunately, what once was tragedy is now a comedy at best. Brussels is not Moscow. Moscow was a tragedy. Brussels is just a bad contemporary parody.”
And so it happens that a group of EU lawmakers want to punish Hungary by moving one step closer to suspending Budapest’s vote in the bloc.
Reuters reported:
“One hundred and twenty of the European Parliament’s 705 members signed the letter after Orbán blocked a review of the bloc’s budget in December that included granting Ukraine 50 billion Euros ($55 billion) in new financial aid through 2027.”
December’s EU Summit brought tensions to a boil: Hungarian PM ‘left the room’ to facilitate a vote to initiate membership talks with Ukraine, but on the same day, he exercised his veto – as he had announced – and vetoed a hefty aid package to war-torn Kiev.
The globalist MEPs will,, of course,, use the ‘rule of law’ excuse, which is nothing but newspeak for ‘following the insane suicidal Brussels policies to the letter.’
“‘The letter demonstrates a clear willingness in the Parliament to launch Article 7.2 TEU’, the author of the letter, Finland’s MEP, Petri Sarvamaa, said, referring to the next step in the disciplinary steps described in article 7 of the EU treaty for countries not respecting the rule of law.
‘But above all, it highlights the urgency of addressing Viktor Orbán’s actions’, said Sarvamaa, who is from the centre-right European People’s Party (EPP), the biggest faction in the current European legislature.”
The European Commission’s decision unfroze billions in December of EU financial support to Budapest. The money had been suspended for years.
But Orbán remains under pressure ‘over the rights of migrants, LGBT community, freedom of courts and academics’.
He also criticized the EU’s sanctions against Moscow and financial and military support for Ukraine.
“[EU leaders] will meet again in Brussels on Feb. 1 to have another go at the 50 billion euro support package for Ukraine. If Hungary’s vote in the EU were to be suspended as a result of the Article 7 process, aid for Ukraine could be agreed much more easily.”
Euronews reported:
“The Hungarian premier infuriated his fellow leaders when he made good on his threat to veto a proposed €50-billion fund to provide Ukraine with macro-financial assistance between 2024 and 2027.
Approving the special fund, known as the Ukraine Facility, has become a matter of extreme urgency as Brussels has already run out of money to send to Kyiv, and Washington is stuck in a legislative impasse with no breakthrough in sight.
Leaders are set to reconvene again on 1 February to either greenlight the Facility or come up with an alternative plan. Ahead of the make-or-break date, Hungarian officials have put forward several requests in exchange for lifting the veto.”
Hungary has been under the first chapter of Article 7 since 2018, having to to explain the ‘situation’ in regular hearings.
“Now, the group of 120 MEPs – out of a total of 705 – wants to trigger the second step of Article 7, where EU leaders, acting by unanimity, can determine the ‘existence of a serious and persistent’ violation of fundamental values.
[…] The lawmakers argue this move could take Hungary onto the third phase of Article 7, where the Council can vote to suspend ‘certain’ rights enjoyed by the accused country, including voting rights to pass legislation and agree on common positions.”

Melugin: Texas National Guard Uses Riot Shields to Protect Themselves Amid Biden Border Crisis (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit
Texas officials seized 47 acres bordering the Rio Grande and forced the US Border Patrol out of the area so the Texas National Guard can protect their own state.
Since this move took place, the Biden regime struck back, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to get involved.

The Texas National Guard is using riot shields to protect themselves from illegals attempting to cross the border through the razor wire barrier. Some succeed in getting through while posing a danger to the Guardsmen. One was almost hit in the head by a rock thrown by an illegal.
The newly obtained video was taken last month before the standoff between Texas and the Federal Government, which goes to show you just how bad the border situation has been leading up to that point.

Eagle Pass has seen some of the worst mass illegal crossings among outposts along the southern border.

The Rio Grande has been the site of millions of illegals crossing into the U.S.

Winner: Rabbit R1 Despite all of the well-known names that attended CES this year, our winner is a relatively new startup known as Rabbit, but that didn’t stop it from garnering a massive amount of attention at the Las Vegas showcase.
Rabbit launched its first product, the Rabbit R1, at CES 2024 and, if you’re wondering how popular it could be, the company has already sold out of its second batch with 10,000 units gone on day one alone.
The Rabbit R1 is a handheld device powered by AI that is designed to learn from your actions, carry out tasks and ultimately eliminate the need for users to download a surplus of apps.
The device operates on its own system called Rabbit OS, and credits its intelligence to a Large Action Model (LAM). However, unlike ChatGPT and Google Bard, Rabbit’s AI model learns from your habits and the way in which you interact with apps to then replicate that behaviour without the need for additional inputs. This means it can handle more extensive tasks such as researching and booking travel or filling your shopping cart and completing the checkout process on your behalf.
“Rabbit is now building towards an intuitive app-free experience with the power of AI”, said founder and CEO Jesse Lyu in Rabbit’s press release. “Large Language Models, like ChatGPT, showed the possibility of understanding natural language with AI; our Large Action Model takes it one step further: it doesn’t just generate text in response to human input – it generates actions on behalf of users to help us get things done”.
The R1 is designed to give a retro, pocket-sized feel and consists of a small 2.28-inch touchscreen, a scroll wheel, a press-to-talk button for voice commands and a tiny rotating camera, or “rabbit eye”. Inside the device, you’ll find a MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, as well as a SIM slot for cellular capabilities and an all-day battery life. It’s also relatively affordable at just $199.
We could be seeing a glimpse at the next stage of smart devices with the Rabbit R1, and we’re excited to see what the reception will be like once customers get their hands on the innovative handheld technology.
Loser: Google Our loser this week is Google after the company announced that it would be getting rid of 17 Google Assistant features.
While all of the features being removed are ones Google claims are underutilised, that doesn’t mean one or two aren’t features you’ve become accustomed to using in day-to-day life.
Google claims it’s doing this to prioritise the Google Assistant features that are more popular with users, but the company also reportedly laid off around 1000 workers this week including a few hundred from its Google Assistant division, which we can’t imagine has helped (via The Verge).
The following features are set to lose support from January 26:

Finally: A Supplement That Helps Me Get 8 Straight Hours Of Sleep
I spent 25 years working on a 24-hour rotating shift as a fire captain and EMT. It was the best job in the world—but it took a real toll on my sleep. I sometimes had to function on four to six hours of sleep during a 24- to 48-hour period, and getting back into a regular sleep routine between shifts always took time. That was the “job,” but being able to thrive with limited sleep extended to my personal life. I was also raising two daughters, and being present for them called on almost as much energy but definitely as much focus as being a firefighter/EMT. No wonder I didn’t place much value on quality sleep!

Joe Biden on Saturday stopped to talk to reporters posted up on the South Lawn as he departed to Camp David, the presidential retreat in Catoctin Mountain Park in Maryland for another weekend vacation.
Reporters asked Joe Biden about escalations with Iran, the border crisis and Ukraine.
Biden denied there is a crisis at the southern border even though an estimated 11 million illegal aliens – mainly military-age males from Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East – invaded on his watch.
“Would you call the situation on the southern border a ‘crisis’?” a reporter asked Biden.
He blamed Republicans.
“I’ve been pushing them… my Republican colleagues since I took office. I believe we have to make major changes on the border. I’ve been pushing for that. I am ready to make significant changes at the border. And we have been negotiating for the last five weeks, so I hope we can achieve that,” Biden said.
Joe Biden also warned Republicans for refusing to fund Ukraine.
Last month House Republicans blocked funding for Ukraine. On Friday Democrats rejected Speaker Johnson’s demand to secure the southern border in exchange for Ukraine funding.
“If my Republican colleagues don’t fund Ukraine, they’re gonna have an awful lot to pay for,” Biden said.
The Biden Regime has already given Ukraine tens of billions of dollars in military aid over the last couple of years with no end in sight.

Thousands of pro-Palestine protesters surrounded the White House Saturday night and attempted to breach the security the fencing outside the executive mansion in a threat to national security that prompted Secret Service agents and DC police in riot gear to rush to the scene.
“Fuck Joe Biden!” the mob demonstrators are chanting as they attempt to breach the White House.
The metal perimeter was shaken so hard, that portions of it were damaged shunting backward. Secret Service operatives rushed to prevent an absolute breach that would allow the rioters to march toward the White House.
The pro-Hamas rioters are also flinging bloodied dolls over the fence across the White House lawn as they attempt to and lodging them at the Secret Service operatives.
“No votes for Genocide Joe,” read some of the signs they are carrying and, “Joe Biden has blood on his hands.
The riot on Saturday is the second largest outside the White House since the war Israeli, Palestinian war began.
Americans across the country question whether the mob of pro-Palestine rioters will be subsequently targeted by the FBI following the demonstration with a litany of felony and domestic terror charges while January 6 political prisoners languish for the third year in pretrial detention.
The government sought 33 years to life for leaders of the Proud Boys for by standing as demonstrators shook a flimsy bike rack on January 6 in what prosecutors call the “first breach” of the Capitol riot.
January 6 defendants who shook and damaged the fence during the Capitol riot are resoundingly charged with 1512 Obstruction of an Official proceeding, a felony punishable by a 20-year prison sentence.
Reports are emerging that all non-essential White House staff have been told to LEAVE THE BUILDING as a massive group of PRO YEMEN protesters push up on the fences on Pennsylvania Avenue.
