What advice/wisdom would you share with someone in their 20s when you are over 40?
I am not yet naughty at 40 but still have seen plenty of life.
Do not chase girls. I repeat please do not chase girls when you must be chasing books. I know hormones are rushing at your age and you too want ‘emotional support’ and some physical comfort.
Girls usually look for mature men even at tender age. They do not like boys.
Your relationship will die premature death (most possibly) if you are not strong financially which in turns means strong career.
Girls chase guys who have strong future prospects and are knowledgeable.
Your peer pressure to have a girl friend is nothing as compared to societal pressure of having a strong career.
Okay as a fun filled activity, you can do the chasing on the weekends and that too for 10% of your total productive time.
Girls are very shrewd as far as selecting partners are concerned. They will come to you if you are really good, else they will shun you even if you follow them 24/7.
Start investing early on. Just google compound interest and you can see that nothing can make up time in compound interest.
Stay away from all kind of loans. DO not take a home loan or even a car loan if they are not helping you in your career or making money for you. A simple calculation can show that SIP of home loan amount beats selling price (asset appreciation) by a factor of 40%!. I have done these calculations in one of my earlier answers (written long back). Nothing beats equity in long run…nothing.
If recession comes, home prices will plunge too!

People forget the maintenance cost in home.
A mortgage makes you a slave for your whole life!
Buy land in out skirts, if you really want to invest in real estate.They are cheap and grow at much faster rate than apartments.
Buy only if you can pay 50% down and EMI less than 5 years.
Avoid alcohol as well as smoking. It is just a cheap thrill. We smoke or drink (i.e. we have urge to drink) when our body lacks certain micro-nutrients like sulfur and phosphorous. Ty ginger cookies instead of cigarettes.
Your body is your greatest asset. You live in your body. Physical exercise and proper diet keeps your well being in tact both physically and mentally. Never neglect your body. Almost all depression can be cured by proper diet and exercise plan.
Before falling in love with any one, be sure that your love is not only hormonal. Test your girl or boy friend. You get bored by most sexy diva and best chiseled body in less than two months! Sex is not boring but the flame lasts only with those you really love. Nothing surpasses true love in real pleasure.
Peer pressure in more dangerous than all drugs combined in whole universe.Let them laugh at your frugality, let them laugh at your antisocial ways of not drinking and smoking. Time will tell whose gall bladder are saved and who is paying cancer bills. You only live once. Think long term, always.

What could be the reason if someone blocks you everywhere suddenly without any reason and they do not reply to even a single message?
Many reasons. I have personally blocked many people.
Annoying spamsters
Person thinks you are below their standard.
Really pissed off by your behavior.
Playing ‘hard to get’ mind game to raise his or her social market value.
Blocked you in a moment of anger but later got results (You becoming desperate etc.) and continuing.
You hurt their ego which was already very low. Means you were above them and little ego hurt made them fall more and hence to re balance equation blocked you.
You cheated on them multiple times and after every apology do the same.
People don’t reply when they are angry. They don’t reply when they are angry and you are desperate. Girls usually stop replying if you beg too much and are not ‘useful’ to them. Girls are pragmatic and its inbuilt in them.
Girls don’t reply if you put hem on pedestal (Too much praising, approval seeking) or too much annoying like making fun of them etc.
Men are not that moody and if they are not replying means either you are a boring person (Men primarily want sex or fun from women) or they are really busy or they don’t care about you.
Men block girls when they show too many tantrums, are not socially intelligent or bimbo. Men hate dumb girls.
How can I tackle a wise man?
Wise man.

What are some words of wisdom for men?
World gives every thing to those who don’t need it. (Mathew Effect). More you have it, more they give it to you!
You can become a celebrity, ONLY if you actively stop looking for it.
Two independent people can really and truly love each other. Dependent people are only attached.
Love is freedom. More freedom you give to your partners, more love they return you back.
Confidence is indeed sexy, sexier than those six packs or six figures.

You are doing all the right things to ramp up your game physically. For mental conditioning, I suggest
Practice a lot. Go to the field. Test one principle at a time.
Make a journal, google docs is better. Write up about your proceedings in that. All good points you tested for your own personality, you own commentary about your ideas. Your personality is unique.
Read a lot of material. You shall get only few points from each book or article. Few nuggets which you don’t know and are applicable for YOUR personality.
