I love both my kids (My son 9 years old and my daughter 2 years old). I just love kids. I am fond of small kids.
Whenever I am back to home from work, my daughter is the first one to greet me. I love her affection for me even at this tender age.She is just same as me. She is a keen observer. She knows how to pen all the boxes, locks,lockers, drawers and even her tablet!. I don’t know why she loves me so much but her love is unconditional. I have difficulty in swallowing always in the beginning of any meal. She will run to bring water for me!
If I cuddle my son in front of her, she will kill him with jealous looks.She just can’t take it!. I don’t know the science of love (Rather don’t want to know), but if you love some one unconditionally and if you are even 1% compatible, it comes back 100% of times.Here is my daughter

At other days , I trade on share market in day time or make videos for two projects I am having.
I do hell lot of research in my spare time, ranging from all topics under the sky, predominantly psychology,human behavior and science. I write about 20 pages of research notes per day in my google drive. I usually copy paste from websites. Later I reorganize them in my own words.I watch Ted and other informative videos from time to time.
I am extremely moody. Some day I might chat with many people all day. I love chatting. I love talking. At other days I might talk with people on phone or in person for hours. Other day I may send long emails to many people at once.My talking, chatting, emailing has the ratio of 70:30 as females to males.
Apart from all this I am currently writing my second detailed book 0n female psychology. On average I read two books per week (on kindle) and about 100 pages in total per day. This includes Quora writing and reading.
I have many female friends. I love them because I understand them. I have record of chatting with quite a few of my female friends for 6 hours at a stretch and talking to them for 2 hours at one go or even more.
In the evening if I am free, I go for a walk or to a park near by or walk or whatever outing suits me.
In the day time my gym hours are fixed from 11–1 PM. I along with exercise attend many female calls here.
I am fond of roaming in the city. I regularly go to parks ,malls,beach, when ever occasion arises.
Thus my day is both idle as well as busy. I am always online but productively. I avoid Facebook/Instagram/Whats App unless I am chatting with people on messenger or Instagram or WA or Hike.
My prime purpose and intent is to gather knowledge and spread it. I am here for information and not ego validation or entertainment.
PS : I work exclusively. If I am chatting with ‘some one’ , I don’t chat with other people and vice versa. My whats App has no pop up or other notification. Completely yours till I am with you.I don’t multitask at once. If Quora, then no FB or gmail or WA. One at a time even though I have many ‘special interests’.

You will thank me later. Your most important possession is your mind. Protect it from hunters and hackers. I support mind games but only to get your love.
Start with Art of seduction, then Influence and many more. Everything is mind game unless you understand it.
You will get very small nuggets of wisdom from each book. Apply them and make your own rule-book based on your personality and experience. I guarantee that your life shall be 10X easier and productive.

I hate these kind of girls personally as lovers but love as good friends. If have given enough signs and reasons and you know she also likes you but giving unnecessary tantrums, please leave her. Even if she is a great match, this habit of playing mind games will make your life hell after wards. Some of these chicks play ‘hard to get’, some play ‘uninterested’ and some play ‘distant’ etc. If they are really interested and in love then they must also reciprocate. If they don’t love you that hard then leave them fully. If they love they will come to you else what is the point in chasing a person who goes away as you reach out and comes to you as you go away (That is there classic trick). they keep the interest on but never fulfill it!
Don’t waste your time more. You are in love and NOT begging.
Please make sure your part is full, so that you cannot blame yourself that you didn’t tried hard.This will free you from any guilt. But once limit is crossed, please move on. If love is there, no force can stop it, when she knows that you love her.
PS : There are some ‘weirdos‘, the certified one’s , who like your attention (Every one’s attention) but just are not ready to commit.They can make your emotional state hell and very disturbed. They often had a very bad break up or some strong traditional chain. They don’t love you but the ‘concept of love’. They are very draining, will never initiate any thing not even a chat or a call. You know that they love you but still some invisible walls and insecurities are always there.
If a girl never ever calls you, never initiates a chat nor shows any other interest in extending the relationship but always shows signs of love, they are the one. Beware.They are very dangerous. Hence I always say, never invest more than a girl in any relationship.Its okay that you call two times and she once but not that you ten times and she zero.
Yes, they make great friends. Treat them as your very good friend but in a non romantic way. I still have couple of such ‘friends’ from my earlier work place and often from college.

Go to gym. Girls shop after breakup,boys cry, men pump iron. Be a man.
I give you a goal. Get six packs in three months. I dare your manliness. Forget her, get six packs,update whats app profile like a boss.
Goal 2 : Go to a high end saloon and get a makeover. Ask them to change you completely. What ever they do, I don’t want to see this crying baby in mirror again. Got it.
All girls are same. You will get a better one soon. Physical features are not everything. Character matters. Your pain is her pleasure! Note this on a big chart and put it in front of your desk.
Today is Sunday. Just watch a movie…straight.
Block her everywhere. That ex lovers always stalk your profile to get pleasure out of your pain. Show her that you don’t give a shit to her.

Every body secretly wants you to fail. Even if you are getting successful, they want you to be less successful than them.
If you are too good and nice, you will be used for your generosity and termed as fool in close circles.
Girls are hopelessly in love with Jerks and assholes. Earlier you learn this, better you get in dating game.
Girls will love you even if she knows that you are a jerk!
Girls say they want nice helpful faithful guys but fall for Jerks, who don’t give them a damn and treat them like crap. Never believe what a girl says. They love Jerks!

She must have her reasons. No, following her will not make things better.Just try to be in her touch by some indirect methods at most once a month. If she also loves, then she can’t hold back, else just move on.
More you follow, farther she goes!
Just leave her on her own. Love often comes back, if you allow it to come back. Just vanish from her life and she may come back. Else move on. It is just obsession of mind to get things which we can’t have.
Blocking from contact and blocking from heart are two different things. In any case, allow her the space to come back.

I am writing about ‘physical transformation’ but ‘health transformation’. I just want to inspire people for better food habits. I went from 109 kg to currently 85 kg. It took me around 3 years. Then I am maintaining in the range of 82-86 kg.
I don’t have any pics of my 109 kg as I was never interested to be photographed.

Lets start from 2011
Here I am around 98 kg. reasons were primarily sedentary life style and junk food, like chaat, Mc D, Ice creams, Aloo tikki and what not…
Then I started to think hard about my self. Then some things started to change as I changed my diet plan.Let us look the change and then discuss.
2012
Not much changed but health started to improve. I started a bit of walking.
Later I listened to many you tube videos and researched online and found certain healthy habits.
We changed our common salt to pink Himalayan rock salt.
Stopped processed sugar completely and took only honey and jaggery instead.
Started a bit of exercising at home, primarily squats and push ups.
Note : I was a fitness freak in my youth, was a good athlete and yes , I was quite handsome (Girls said this ;). Whatever, hence it was easier for me to adopt the exercise part.
