One of my boy cats, Hotes, has suddenly sprouteda libido. And I’ll leave it at that. The only other thing I’ll say is he’s spayed, and it’s becoming distracting. -.-

I really shouldchange thefront letters of this “diary” cause a reader contacted me and said, “You know WMD stands for Weapon of Mass Destruction, right?”

Zoinks. No. I had no idea. I mean yeah I did, but who thinks about this stuff?!

Might change it to WMJ, but then it looks like WMG and that’s a publishing company. Crap. The stupid stuff I stress over. ::rolls eyes::

I finished my read-through / edit of Seraphim. I found a few more boo-boos, but...

Writing Dragon Fire.

Started to takea break from new words today to do a full re-read of Seraphim. I’m getting it ready for the print version and there have been reviews about typos. I didn’t know this because I don’t read reviews. But the guy who did the editing saw it and wanted me to give it a once over.

So I did. I’m not completely finished yet (you know, all those other fun things of being a mom stepping in) but so far I’ve found 3 typos and I’m 2/3 through. So…I’m not sure what the review...

Today was Mini-Mi’s birthday! w00t!

She got up smiling and it was a great morning drop off. She wanted to fix her own breakfast and lunch and hey… go ahead big girl. She also confirmed our evening plans for after school for her birthday.

Spent the morning making up for not finishing housework and then getting on the phone with the bank to check something. I also registered for Fitbit and then discovered the tracker was $99. Well…that’ll have to wait. I’ll just use the basic...

Labor Day! w00t gr00t!

I am taking a breather today and reading. Well, and laundry. Lots of it. Tomorrow will start back with words. First up will be Dragon Fire, then the Winter Witches story I need to write this week.

I’ve finished reading Blackstar and now can’t wait for more Celldweller. Started reading Anyone But you and love it! Also watched more Murder She Wrote and fell in love with Season 3, Episode 14. You’ll just have to check it out to see it. LOL.

Now it’s time to push the cats off...

Finished Not Likely!

Got to the computer in the early morning and wrote 3,904 to finish the book. So right now, before edits, the book’s at 59,464. Should stay relatively close to that after editing. I’m already thinking of a few scenes I want to add and a few things I want to snip. But I’ll put it away until Wednesday before I go over it. Need to give it space.

This bookwill be published under a pen name.

Woke up around 7 ish this morning. Had breakfast, read email and then lined up what I’d be working on later today, because the morning was already filled.

Mini-Me and I headed out for a morning hike at a place in Roswell / Sandy Springs called Big Trees. It’s a cool park and the city’s continued to improve it, though we did notice a lot of stuff had been cut away.

After that we headed over to feed a friend’s cat while they’re at Dragon Con. Mini-Me wanted Chinese but the rest...

Wow…almost typed Kobo. But…today was not a day for new words. Today was a day of personal stuff, plus a fantastic lunch with Tim, one of my college friends, bestest friends, in town for Labor Day weekend. One of the best things about seeing Tim after a long absence is there never is an absence. We pick up where we left off. And it’ll always be that way.

Now if we can just get the other leg of our table to take a breather and have dinner with us one day. o.o

Kobo: They answered! The .01 was a send to make sure my account was working. But…this seems weird since they’ve been depositing into that account for a while now. So very confusing.

One of those days where nothing goes as planned.

After drop-off I decided it was time to put exercise BACK into the mix. For health and because…I’ve become uncomfortable. I put on a shirt yesterday that used to be big on me.
