Water Codes

Ancient wisdom. The intelligence is within you.

Water has long been associated with wisdom. Celtic legend says that the Goddess Cerridwen had a magic cauldron in which she brewed herbs, and that anyone who drank from these waters would acquire great wisdom.

Brigid is another Celtic Goddess associated with water, particularly water wells, many of which were named in her honor.

Even today, there’s a huge shrine to her at Glastonbury’s White Springs. It was once believed that the future king of the land had to drink Brigid’s well waters to be initiated into his rule.

Masaru Emoto proposed that water molecules can carry our thoughts, words, and emotions. This theory has the potential to change so much for humanity. Some believe that through connecting with water ‘consciousness’ we can unlock lost wisdom.

What if we could remember the lost wisdom of our ancient ancestors, learn from their mistakes, and reconnect to those wise ones who lived in deep reverence of the waters and the Earth? What if through working with water, we could bring about healing on this water planet?

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

You’re an ancestor of times yet to come, called to reconnect with the wisdom of nature and the waters and be guided accordingly. You’re a visionary of these times. Connect to the intelligence of the water and lead.

HEALING WATERS ACTIVATION

I’m ready to unlock the lost wisdom within the waters of the world.

I’m ready to unlock the lost wisdom within the waters of myself.

I’m ready to remember and to be led.

The Waterfall

Inner power. Unbridled confidence. Claiming your place.

The waterfall is a place of power, incredible force, and activation. The previously calm, embracing waters ofthe running river gather momentum and then hurl themselves wholeheartedly toward their destiny. With wild abandon and great confidence, they leap into the unknown. Perhaps this explains why being near a waterfall is such an empowering experience – we feel the pounding energy of the waters deep within us.

This card is all about embracing the power within, stepping forth, and claiming your place. You’ve been working for this for a very long time. You’ve done the time.

How can you embrace this moment and take your position as a leader in your life?

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

The waterfall beckons you forth toward your empowerment. To consider what you’d do if you truly felt empowered. It encourages you to step more fully into your confidence. To receive the pounding thunder of the falling water as your encouragement and your applause.

The Wellspring

What are you thirsty for? Body care. Take a breath.

We don’t only need water to thrive; we need it to survive. The Wellspring card often appears when things are unbalanced or when we’ve been pushing ourselves beyond our limits in ways that are simply unsustainable. Just like the seasons around us, we too are cyclical and thus we must pay attention to where we’re expecting ourselves to be in full bloom all year round.

While we can rely on our reserves for a limited amount of time, if we allow ourselves to become depleted over a long period, to run on empty, it’ll likely take longer to recover than it ever did before. We must embrace our humanity and take care ofthe body by slowing down, quenching our thirst, and finding ways to recover and deeply rest.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

The Wellspring card is an invitation to look at where you’ve been going into overdrive. To reflect on the areas where you’ve been pushing yourself beyond your physical limits. To consider whether you’ve been forcing yourself to run on your reserves. It delivers a message to reassess the speed and force you’re using. To bring more harmony and balance back into your life and to trust your inner seasons. To look after yourself and appreciate your precious body

The Wishing Well

Unexpected gifts. Kindness. Karmic jewels.

It’s said that in ancient times women would sing and whisper into wells, believing that the water would carry their messages from one corner of the world to another. This may sound like something from a children’s fable, but in fact, several scientific researchers have theorized that water can be imbued with energy from our thoughts, emotions, and intentions.

Wishing wells are found all over the world and they mirror to us the great reverence held by our ancestors for Earth’s fresh waters. Greek mythology says that the tradition of wishing wells began through the practice of throwing coins into a sacred well of the warrior Amphiaraus, who was a renowned oracle.

The Wishing Well is a wonderful card that carries with it great blessings, gifts, and fulfilled wishes. When it appears in a spread it’s a sign that things are happening and that the realization of your dream is likely to occur. Of course, any creation requires embodiment and action, so it’s not a sign to stop moving toward your dreams in practical ways.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

It offers deep encouragement to keep going and to trust that all the groundwork you’ve already put in place is working. It can also be a sign that helpful people are coming into your life to support you in creating your heart’s deepest desires.

HEALING WATERS AFFIRMATION

I receive all of the gifts that Life has to offer me with an open heart and an open mind.

I’m surrounded by kind, helpful people.

Things are working out for me.

I’m living my heart’s deepest, most daring prayer.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The Pink Dolphin

Celebration. Fun. Unbridled joy. Open heart.

The Amazon river dolphin, also known as the pink dolphin because of its unique pinkish coloring, is an endangered marine mammal that lives in the freshwaters of the Amazon and Orinoco river basins in South America. Deeply revered, it’s the subject of many local myths and legends. In one, it’s said that if you go swimming alone, the pink dolphins may transport you to the magical underwater city of Encante.

To be near dolphins is to experience a whole new level of play and joy. This is a card of welcoming more joy into your life. To opening your heart and mind to new experiences and prioritizing happiness and fun. To prioritizing play and taking time off from the monotony of our everyday lives. To play like a child, without being attached to the outcome.

How can you welcome more joy into your life? What can you do just for fun? What do you want to celebrate?

This card is a wonderful one to receive and is always an invitation to stop being so serious, to play, and to have more fun.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

When we play, we’re able to release the pressures and stress that we’re carrying and switch off. Often when we do this, the two hemispheres of the brain can make connections, and solutions that we previously couldn’t see come flowing in.

Thank you

Gratitude. Appreciating what’s sustaining you.

Water is Life. Wherever there’s water, there’s Life. It’s the ultimate blessing. It’s the thing that sustains us the most. Life isn’t possible without it. And yet most of us take water for granted.

In our busy modern world, it’s easy to become disconnected from the truly sacred things that are supporting and sustaining us. To take the simple things and the people closest to us for granted, assuming that they’ll always be there. Sometimes it takes the threat of going without something for us to realize it’s even there. To truly appreciate what we believe we could not go without.

This card is an invitation to reflect on and appreciate those things that support and sustain us the most. From water to loved ones. What are you most grateful for? Who are you most appreciative of? How are you being called to offer thanks? How can you honor the things that hold you the most?

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

When we open our eyes to what’s truly holding us, the way we look at our life changes. And the more thanks we give, the more abundance we realize is there. The more we honor those who give to us, the more connected to Life we feel. And offering thanks is a way of giving back, too. When we acknowledge the support that we have in our lives already, we’re more easily able to see the sacred that’s woven through it all.

Planetary Wave

Soul mission. Trust the inner call. Soul team.

Your soul chose to come into this body, on this planet, at this moment in time. You didn’t come here on your own – you are part of a larger ‘soul team’. Sometimes, it can feel as if it’s just you in this thing, all alone, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. You’re one droplet in a vast ocean of consciousness, here to flow with Life.

You’re being called to trust the current of your own river and to answer the call deep within. Take off the weight of responsibility that you need to travel this life on your own. Call in the ones who get you. Realize that you are part of a larger team. You are but one thread in the great tapestry of Life.

Your mission is clear – keep doing what you’re called to do. You’ll never know the full impact that your being here on this planet will have and is already having. Keep trusting the call deep within.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

The more you embrace who you truly are and surrender to and flow with the current you’re being called to, the easier it will be for your people to find you. Like two rivers that meet and remember that they’re made of the same things, you’re not alone in your calling.

HEALING WATERS AFFIRMATION

I trust my inner calling and play my part in the greater plan.

The Sacred Well

Replenishment. Self‑care. Giving from a place of plenty.

The Sacred Well is a resting place, a recovery place, a healing place. It’s somewhere for weary travelers to be replenished. A place where we can receive and re-source in order to go back out into the world and give. As the adage says, we can only give to others what we’ve given to ourselves or have ourselves been given.

How full is your inner well? Are you giving from a place of overspilling plenty or are you overextending and giving from parched land?

Self‑care has come to be regarded as a somewhat frivolous, luxurious practice. However, self-care is much more fundamental than that. It’s about re-sourcing ourselves in a rhythmic way. This doesn’t necessarily need to involve splurging on an expensive spa break or vacation.

It could simply be taking timeout in nature with the sun on your back. It could be spending an extra five minutes each morning to slowly drink your cup of tea, or running a bath with essential oils when the children are asleep. If we’re relying on our reserves to sustain us, eventually our inner well will run dry, and when we reach this place, it takes an awful lot to return to a state of balance.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

Do you feel guilty for putting yourself first? Do you question whether you should give yourself what you really, truly yearn for? How can you reprioritize your energetic well‑being? The Sacred Well is calling us to come home to it and to frequent it in a rhythmic way.

The Healing Lagoon

Rejuvenate. Recovery. Time to heal. It’s safe to stop.

The healing waters are here to hold you. To heal you. To revive you. It’s not only safe for you to slow down; sometimes it’s necessary. To take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well‑being. To replenish yourself with whatever it is that you’re yearning for most. To slow down and rest.

The healing lagoon is a place of nourishment, recovery, and rest. The waters are urging you to slow down to a sustainable pace and wherever possible to give these things to yourself preemptively, not only when you burn out. This is a card of self‑care, pleasure, and tender nourishment.

How can you ease into resting, replenishing, regenerating, and receiving? The healing waters of the healing lagoon are waiting to receive you. To replenish you. To hold you. To regenerate you. They’re waiting to attune you back to your most natural and alive state.

Card of the day from The Healing Waters Oracle

So, book that vacation or that morning off. Reduce your working hours so that when you show up you can show up fully. The patriarchal expectation of ‘grow, grow, grow’, ‘push, push, push’ isn’t sustainable. Your body is your most precious asset, so take care of it and regularly make time to regenerate and rest.

SOUL INQUIRY

How can you make more time inyour life to regenerate and rest?

How can you practically prioritize your well‑being today?
