A NEW PLANETARY CYCLE

Well, here we we are 9 months into both this year and the 9 year cycle that we embarked on at the beginning of this year. And what a year it has already been.

Numerologically, 2017 is a 1 year (the first of this 9 year cycle) which means it is all about foundations. And boy hasn’t it been. All that is not in alignment is rising up to be healed (individually and planetarily), looked at and addressed one and for all. The planets have been assisting us and while it has been challenging I am met with a deep reassurance that healing truly is possible and if we go all in, it is both more urgent and easier than it has been before.

For me, the focus has been on the body (like at a deep cellar level), home (where is it?), support (receiving a whole new level of it) and the nervous system (switching off the fight/flight reflex)! Talk about foundations. More on this later once everything has had a chance to land…. but fundamental changes afloat. And I know I am not alone.

It feels as though the whole nervous system of the planet is recalibrating and if you are even remotely highly sensitive, on some level you will have felt it. I know I have.

The message I keep receiving is how important it is to stay grounded and to USE the energy that we are feeling rather than be victims of it.

The eclipse saw us enter a new age, what I call the Age of Light and it is by no coincidence I believe that the mighty Louise Hay left her physical body after this transition. Words cannot express the deep gratitude that I have been feeling since hearing of her rising on. How one woman created so much change (and didn’t start this part of her journey until the age of 50) inspires me so much. If you are called to do something and think it’s too late, it most definitely is not. Remember, you’ve been training for this for lifetimes.

Like many others, Louise was my gateway drug to all things soul. My first teacher. My original wise woman. She built my soul’s voice a home, for which I will never be able to express my gratitude. May the seeds of light that she planted continue to bloom in us all.

Ask the part of you that knows

There’s a part of you that knows the answer to everything you seek. Your path and your purpose, which direction to move and exactly when to leap. Before you incarnated, it received a mandate from spirit, upon hearing this request this part of you jumped right on in and couldn’t wait to begin.

Willing to be ignored time and time again, the part of you that knows vowed to never give up, no matter how long it takes. The part of you knows that you are in exactly in the right place to do everything that you set out to. For, the part of you who knows, also knows that deep down you know too. You’re ready. You know the next step. The part of you who knows is calling you right now and wanting you to get ready to leap.

Honouring your soul purpose

There is a mysterious force that is woven through all of life and also within you. An intelligent force that tells flowers when to bloom and the moon when to wax and wane. It is the niggle when things don’t feel right and the giddy skip when they do. It is the sinking knowing and the BING BING BING that tells you what path is calling you.

I call it the whisper of our soul and it is this intelligent force that I have devoted my life’s work to. And so when my friend Robert Holden asked me to sit down and have a conversation about exactly this for the Hay House World Summit, my own soul sounded a BIG FAT NO BRAINER YES!

Reading it in the sound booth was such an amazing experience. I’m dyslexic and as a child my worst fear was reading out loud. It’s safe to say I prayed A LOT before recording this and was blown away by how effortless it was. It helped that I wrote the book and so knew the content through and through. A prayer for finding home

Divine Mother,

Please whisper directions to where to go next.

To the place that will be a vibrational match to who I am on the inside.

Let it be a holy sanctuary, a home that is really a church.

Let it be rejuvenating and replenishing and harmonious for my spirit.

Let it be spacious and uplifting and a sweet sweet resting place for my mind, body and soul.

Let it be a bountiful well for every cell.

Let it be surrounded by beauty so breathtaking that it can’t help but be transmuted into the art that is mine to create.

Let it be a place of celebration and healing for friends and family and soul family to meet.

Let there be unlimited joy and love and art and delicious food made here in bounty.

Let it remind me of unlimited possibilities and all things plenty.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You are not for everyone

The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not like you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fiercley. They are your people. You are not for everything and that’s OK. Talk to the people who can hear you.

Don’t waste your precious time and gifts trying to convince them of your value, they won’t ever want what you’re selling. Don’t convince them to walk alongside you. You’ll be wasting both your time and theirs and will likely inflict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal. You are not for them and they are not for you; politely wave them on and continue along your way. Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift; don’t cheapen it by rolling yours in the wrong direct.

Keep facing your true north.
