PILLAR OF LIGHT

Pillar of Light Rebecca Campbell Work Your Light Oracle Cards

Your vibration is rising. You are the oracle.

You are heaven and Earth in perfect expression. A conduit for the light of the heavens to the Earth. You are the rainbow bridge.

Take time to meditate. Imagine yourself as a pillar of light connecting the light of the heavens above with the Earth. As the light shines through each of your chakras, you activate the rainbow bridge that many ancient scriptures speak about. Raising your vibration and the vibration of the planet. Linking the higher realms of the cosmos, guides, angels, and spirit with the ancient wisdom keepers and beings of planet Earth. They dance together through you. They sing together through you. Without your body, voice, and creations neither can be expressed. For too long, we’ve been taught that God is outside of us, giving away our power to angels and spirit guides. But without you they do not have a voice.

You are the oracle. Do not look for guidance outside, for you hold all of the wisdom of the entire Universe in the portal of your heart. In every cell of your body. Do not see the angels and guides as above you, for without you they have no way of communicating. You are the oracle. You are the rainbow bridge. You are the pillar of light.

Work Your Light Activation:

Hold your hand on your heart and say:

‘I allow the light of the heavens and the light of the Earth to flow through me now. I activate the codes of remembering within my cells and chakras. I activate my system as a rainbow bridge between heaven and Earth.’

The boring thing I did this week that improved my energy levels

Pink Rose Rebecca Campbell

Summer is finally here in the UK and it is making my soul so happy! My latest creation (The Starseed Oracle) has just gone to print and I’m feeling so excited to see it out in the world later this year. Creating beautiful things is my favourite thing to do and I feel so very grateful to be able to have found a way to spend my days doing that. One thing I have noticed is that because I love creating so much, often I want to move onto the next project before I take the time to do “boring things” like organising my files on my desktop. Anyone else relate?

I am your typical cliched creative, my desk is always messy and my desktop is even worse – there is no “process” in that part of my creative process (not all Virgo’s are clean freaks!).

One of my biggest (and most boring) goals for this year (ok the past 3 years) has been to organise the chaos that is my Dropbox file storage system (where all of my company and creative files have been saved since I first started the company in 2010). That’s 9 years of thousands and thousands and THOUSANDS of files. I don’t know if it was the new moon or the eclipse, but I am happy to report that after a week of non-stop dragging, dropping, deleting and restructuring I have finally done it! I feel like I have more room to breathe. And it feels bloody fantastic!

And so this weekend, I am celebrating completing a creation and a boring admin task that I have been avoiding with some serious down time.

Fill Up Your Well

Fill Up Your Well Rebecca Campbell Work Your Light Oracle

Retreat. Rest. Refuel.

The most selfless thing you can do is to fill up your own inner well. When we are running around half-filled, we subconsciously look to things and people around us to give us the nourishment and nurturing that we so deeply crave.

Nothing can grow in barren lands. You are no good to anyone if you’re running on empty. The feminine is bountiful, fertile, and rich. Tend to your own well and watch as the amount you have to give multiplies.

If your inner well isn’t full, you will find yourself craving things from the outside world to fill it. This is our body’s instinctive way of reaching for the grounding and nurturing that we are not allowing ourselves.

What nourishes you? What refuels your body? What is nectar for your soul? What brings you back to life? What is your secret medicine? What makes you feel abundant and fertile? Overspilling with life?

It may be gardening, arranging flowers, getting a massage, using luxurious essential oils, snuggling up on the couch, hiking, sipping a good coffee at your favorite cafe, attending a women’s circle, reading about sacred sites, spontaneous bike rides, walking along the beach, or yin yoga.

What nourishes you is your medicine. When you give yourself the medicine that you need to be nourished, you nourish all those around you for there is more than enough to go around.

WORK YOUR LIGHT ACTION: Do something to fill up your well today.

Glastonbury Pilgrimage Retreat

Glastonbury Retreat fire ceremony

Last week was our fourth Rise Sister Rise Membership Sacred Glastonbury Pilgrimage and I am feeling just so grateful to the land for all of the blessings and holdings she gave. Being pregnant I found a new level of allowing of the Great Mother on this retreat and was humbled by the magic that unfolded. The theme for this week revealed itself as SACRED WATERS. As well as the sacred site connection and soul practices, on this retreat we experienced foraging in the ancient Sellwood Forest, led by indigenous land guide Tasha Stevens-Vallecillo and spiritual ecologist and labyrinth creator Mark Willenbruch. Every time I lead these yearly pilgrimages I learn so much, and this year was no different.

We will be doing another Rise Sister Rise Membership Sacred Pilgrimage Retreat next year, if you would like to receive a special invite, you can join my Membership here.

How I ended up in an actual rose petal shower

Winter Solstice

Wishing you a happy Solstice! Yesterday was Summer Solstice here in the UK today and after leading a meditation for my membership the moment the sun was at its closest (4.54pm), our friends Lisa and Rich Lister came over to celebrate for a BBQ.

This week has been a bit of an unexpected week of celebration. On Wednesday night I was invited by my friend Mel Carlile to attend a special private concert with Krishna Das in celebration of “Pushpa Abhishek” (a festival of flowers) and OMNOM, a new charity that is opening its first site in London this summer.

I had no idea what to expect when I walked through the doors and was beyond delighted to discover the evening would be made up of so many of my favourite things: devotional chanting, ceremony, delicious food, dancing (“Garba” is a type of festive folk dance that originates from Gujarat, India) and rose petals galore! It was a deep celebration of diversity and reminded me of why I love London.

Rose petals were devotionally showered onto the altar and then onto all of us as we danced together… the fragrance was exquisite and opened the hearts of strangers. When I got home I even found rose petals in my bra! The evening was made so very special by the soulful voice of Krishna Das, singer of so many of my favourite chants. Today, driving back home I am feeling very blessed and fortunate indeed. And so happy that I prioritised this spontaneous trip over my busy schedule. Ain’t that always the case.

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend and enjoying your incredible life.

I have some news to share

baby altar

I have some wonderful news to share. I’m getting ready to welcome 24 women for the Rise Sister Rise Glastonbury Pilgrimage Retreat tomorrow. It’s my second and last event for 2019 which I have mixed feelings about- but it is for a good reason…

My husband and I are expecting a baby boy later this year. We are both very happy, excited, grateful, nervous and so looking forward to our little family growing. It will be the first grandchild for our parents and think the most excited award actually goes to the Grandpas.

To those who bought tickets to my USA and UK events later this year, I’m so sorry I can’t be there with you! One of my favourite things is gathering and doing soul work together and so it feels very odd not to have September – November (my normal event season) jam packed with travel, events and retreats.

Already this pregnancy has been such a special, personal, tender, humbling, human experience. I’m discovering a deeper level of body intuition and am surprised at how much stronger I’m getting with boundaries which has been interesting!

I’m really being guided to keep this part of my life mostly cocooned for now. As an act of self care I would like to request one thing – that no one send intuitive advice, energetic readings or anything similar regarding my body, pregnancy or baby, it feels weird to say this but it happens so often.

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend and are deeply happy and well… Whatever you are birthing right now (we are always birthing something, sometimes ourselves) I hope it is going as smoothly and joyfully as humanly possible. And if you are going through a difficult time, I know that you will move through it with courage and grace. Here’s to always embracing the incredible extremes of life and trusting the intelligence that is woven through it all. Even if we can’t see it – especially if we can’t see it.

Letting go and creating space

LETTING GO

So far this year has been teaching me of the importance of creating and making space in so many ways. Of putting on the handbrake rather than running from one thing to the next. Of trusting the timing of my life.

I have a tendency towards sentimentality and holding onto things that I might one day need. This past weekend, I did something that was so freeing. I finally went through 60+ books filled with over 10 years of affirmations, goals, journal entries, intuitive writing, to-do lists and creative ideas. It was such a cathartic experience and one I’ve been putting off for so long! To be honest I never really knew what to do with these books that were filled with so many deep yearnings and secrets of my soul. Of my process. I have lugged them from house to house, the stack growing bigger and bigger with each new move.

This past weekend I knew I was ready to release them and on the full moon I decided to create a fire and offer them to the flames. As the pages burned ceremoniously I felt a simple, gentle release of the extremes of my life that I had poured onto them. I felt such compassion for my younger self, her tremendous dedication, her great dreams, her sorrow, her daring, her loneliness and her sincerity. It made me see how much she has created and how much she has allowed.

I think that is the true gift of creating space. We get to zoom out and gain a deeper perspective of our lives. To join the dots and realise that so often life doesn’t work out how we thought it might, but there’s always a thread that is woven through it all. Through the blinding highs and the darkest depths.

Trust Your Path

Trust your path Rebecca Campbell Work Your Light Oracle

If you knew you would be supported, what would you do?

The Universe is conspiring. Keep facing your true north. Your job is not to pave the path, but to simply keep facing your true north and take one step after another. If you do this, you can’t go wrong.

The Universe is conspiring. Don’t waver or doubt. Use your heart as a compass and put one foot in front of the other. If you follow the invisible trail of what lights you up, you will light up the world without even trying.

Most people don’t follow the highest call of their soul because they are waiting to see the end destination before they take the first step. If you take one baby step each day, within a year you will have taken 365 steps in your dedicated direction. If you want to write a book, write a page every day. If you want to change careers, do one thing every day in dedication to that. Before you know it, in just a year from now, you will turn back and look in awe at how far you have journeyed. Keep moving and open yourself up to a whole new level of support and receiving.

Things are not going to work out the way you are planning, but if you have a little faith and keep showing up, they will work out even better than you could possibly imagine. Don’t micromanage the Universe, trust your path, and let your soul lead the way.

FAITH IN THE GREATER PLAN

Do not disturb the seedling while it is tenderly at work. There are great mysteries that you are not a part of. Let it be let it be.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do not pull and poke and pry the bud open with your curiosity or doubt. There is intelligence at work that is secret for a reason. Let it be let it be.

Do not intervene in it’s process and force yourself to be part of it. You can be part of the process without being part of every part of the process. Let it be let it be.

Do not micromanage the great mystery with your own self importance. Life knew how to live before you came along. Let it be let it be.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do not think you need to be doing something in order for something to be done. There are mysteries at work. Every cell is encoded with a plan. Let it be let it be.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There are times for bursting and blooming. And times for tasting the fruit. These times will never come if you do not first rest in the mystery of the great plan.
