My Secret to Manifestation
{"@context":"http:\/\/schema.org\/","@id":"https:\/\/rebeccacampbell.me\/my-secret-to-manifestation\/#arve-youtube-fjwxquha65k6384b07d472d8096749952","type":"VideoObject","embedURL":"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/fJwx..."}
I want to share with you my secret to manifesting, which comes from the intelligence of nature and has changed so much for me.
Have you ever noticed how in summer, when the roses are at their fullest and their scent is hanging in the air, bees and other pollinators suddenly appear? Pollination happens when pollen from one plant mixes with pollen from another or is transferred from the stigma of one flower to the stigma of another.
Flowers don’t go running all over the place reaching, forcing and grabbing; rather, they rely on the bees to come to them. The flower is never reaching for the bee. It’s never grasping or overstretching. It embraces what it is fully and allows Life to come to it. It receives it fully.
It doesn’t open and close according to who walks by; it opens and blooms regardless. It attracts what is for it to it by opening and receiving.
Tune into your deepest desires, heart’s prayers, and authentic calls of the soul – then get your mind and body to work manifesting them. Start Visioning with my Yearly Visioning Process.

Healing isn’t about perfection
I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of healing recently, and what that word really means. I find that often we can get tripped up when it comes to the way we look at healing.
We have a tendency to want to be in a perfect state and in full bloom all the time, but when we look to nature for wisdom, and see that we are actually just part of nature, we realise that we’re ever changing beings living in an ever changing world.
And just like the trees, just like the flowers, just like everything in nature, we’re constantly changing and transforming. We’re moving through different seasons of our lives and we’re not meant to be in full bloom all year round. It’s impossible to be in a state of absolute perfection at all times.
And so my invitation for us is to flip the way we’re looking at healing. And so, yes, healing can be described as returning to wholeness. And the healer knows that one of their roles is to see the wholeness of the person. But this doesn’t mean that we need to be in that perfection – that perfect state of wholeness – at all times. Perhaps the wholeness comes when we embrace the ever changing seasons that are forever budding and blooming and shedding within us. And this really is where transformation happens.
I really believe that if we’re constantly trying to hold on to the petals of the full bloom of our lives, energy gets stuck… and actually, that’s when healing is most needed.
And so, what if we flipped our understanding of healing to acknowledge that we’re ever changing beings in an ever changing world, and healing is happening every moment of every day?
What I want you to know is that you’re not broken; you’re simply a part of the ever‑changing nature of Life. Change is your natural state. You were never meant to stay the same – to be one single shape, size, or way. You’re not normal, and that’s normal. You’re always becoming more and more of who you truly are.
No one is immune to the polarity of this human experience. The only way through it is to embrace all parts of it – from the ecstasy to the agony, the joy to the grief, the bloom to the fall. When you do this, you’ll realize that healing is always happening, and Life is on your side.

Navigating Maternity Leave as a Business Owner
I’ve been going deep lately trying to navigate how to take maternity as a business owner with a team and a presence on social media. One of the amazing things about running your own business is the freedom that comes with it. But any business owner or self employed person knows that with it comes responsibilities and stresses that are difficult to comprehend until you’ve done it. From managing a team to being ‘out there’ in this ‘always on’ world in such rapidly changing times.
Last pregnancy I tried to plan everything I could to honour my postpartum, knowing that I was not going to be able to take a huge window of time off. I invested not in a nursery, but in the 4th trimester recovery to bond with the baby and physically recover. As someone who has navigated a chronic health condition for many years, my intuition told me how important this was. Having just moved to a new area we also organised accommodation for family to visit and support us.
Little did I know that in my first few months postpartum, the world be turned upside down, fires raged, the streets would be filled with righteous protests, borders would shut (which meant zero family support) and like many business owners and people in general, all of the business plans laid were thrown out the window as we all needed to work out how to pivot or navigate in a changing world.
I also ended up in hospital with blood poisoning from mastitis and struggled, like a lot of new mothers do, with postpartum depression. I felt so wide open after the birth with my hormones all over the shop at a time when it felt like the whole world was hurting. The lack of sleep and cluster feeding triggered a trauma from childhood and in this period I was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It was a really difficult period – of course with blessings and beautiful moments woven through it all.
With enough distance now as I look back on this period I can see deep wisdom and hard earned healing cultivated throughout it at a highly initiatory time for the Earth. I know I wasn’t alone in navigating a lot during this time. I do feel stronger now and more myself than ever, and it has also been the hardest period I have navigated.
As the countdown shifts from trimesters to months, and soon to weeks, before I will be doing it all over again, the question I have been living into for some time now has been:
H ow can I honour my calling as a mother with a soul mission? How can I run my business with a team and serve my community, while also having a maternity leave?
I hired a coach to help me figure this out and put into place changes which honestly I have wanted to make for some time now but either didn’t know how to or didn’t think I could.
I’ve flip flopped from switching everything off and going radio silent for a year to scheduling everything out in advance, and have landed somewhere in between. It’s meant that I have had to release control and increase my willingness to be supported.
In the coming weeks I’ll let you know a bit more about what you can expect from me here over the next few months.
I’ve got a plan in place now, and I’m curious if there are other people out there who managed to run a business and also take a proper maternity leave? How did you do it?

Healing is Happening Activation

This month in The Sanctuary I shared a special new song called the Healing Is Happening Activation (528 Hz). It has been a vision and a call within me for a while now! It harnesses the power of sound frequencies for healing and I hope you love it as much as I do! You can listen to a sample of it above and access it for free in The Sanctuary.
And here are the words:
Healing is happening. Healing is happening. Nature is always changing. You are part of nature, and so you are too.
Healing is a return to wholeness. Healing is happening every moment of every day, What if we saw healing as a return to wholeness. About growing, evolving and transforming into this wholeness.
We are ever changing beings in an ever changing world. We are not meant to stay the same. And because we are always changing, we are always in a state of healing.
Returning again and again to a state of wholeness, every moment of every day. Wholeness isn’t a stagnant state, because we are part of nature and nature is always changing, growing and transforming.
I wonder is it our obsession with being forever in full bloom that makes us feel broken when things change for us… when we experience anything other than what is seen as ideal.
What I want you to know is that you’re not broken; you’re simply a part of the ever‑ changing nature of Life. Change is your natural state. You were never meant to stay the same – to be one single shape, size, or way. You’re not normal, and that’s normal. You’re always becoming more and more of who you truly are.
Healing is happening. Healing is happening. Every moment of every day. Healing is happening.
Your body knows how to heal. Your mind knows how to heal. Your heart knows how to heal. Your soul knows how to heal. Your cells know how to heal. Healing is happening.
Life is always changing. You are part of life and so you are too. Healing is happening.
You’re not broken. You never were. You’re simply a part of the ever‑ changing nature of Life.
Let it stretch you wide open. When you do this, you’ll realize that healing is always happening, and Life is on your side.
Healing is happening.
Your body knows how to heal. Your heart knows how to heal. Your mind knows how to heal. Your soul knows how to heal.

The Sun
In summer, when the Sun’s at its highest path in the sky, the rose is at its fullest. Her fragrance is sweet, and the fruit is still to come. In this oracle, the Sun represents life‐force energy, vitality, confidence, success, positivity, delight, and the sheer joy of life. After it’s left the fertile darkness of the soil, the future rose begins reaching toward the light of the Sun, which then plays its part in nourishing the rose as it reaches for its potential bloom. And it does this for us too.
One of life’s greatest blessings is to feel the warmth of the Sun on our face. To drink in the gold nectar of what Life has for us and to take a moment to bask in being alive. This is your invitation. To relish your aliveness. To embrace your joyfulness. To enjoy the simple things in life. To make time to play. To be grateful for your body. To acknowledge the wondrous life‐force energy that’s woven through all of Life. To remember that your soul had a dream, and your life is it.
Card of the day from The Rose Oracle
This is a wondrous card that heralds a time of playfulness, enjoyment, and bliss. The Sun can also represent the inner child and be an invitation to have some fun. Have you been all work and no play lately? Is your inner child longing to run free? What can you do to enjoy the simple things in life? When we allow ourselves the space to play, problems that were once unsolvable find solutions.

How can you enjoy your life more? What can you do just for fun?

What is an Inner Winter?
With every passing year, I have come to a deeper and deeper understanding of the huge importance that cycles play in our lives. The natural world around us is constantly moving through its own cycles, which have a huge impact on us. And then there are the ‘inner’ seasons that we move through. These are the phases that we move through within our own being – the journeys that we take inside ourselves.
In my own life – both in my personal life and in my work – I’ve come to understand how helpful it can be to know and acknowledge which inner season you are in.
Just like the seasons in nature, each inner season that we move through has its own gifts and challenges. In the western world, there is so much focus on the seasons of spring and summer, which are all about going out into the world, manifesting your dreams and connecting with others. But as beautiful as those seasons are, I have found that there is so much gold to be found when you find yourself in an Inner Winter.
Winter is the phase of initiation, renewal and rebirth. Here, we metaphorically ‘go underground’ by coming to a standstill, taking ourselves out of the fray of everyday life, and allowing ourselves to rest. You could see this phase as ‘letting the fields lie fallow’ or being in the fertile void. The Inner Winter can be compared to when we are in the womb, or when the seeds are deep underground in the sureness of the soil. It may seem like nothing is happening, but below the surface, things have never been so active.
We can go through Inner Winters in different areas of our lives. You might find that you go through a period of a few months or a few years where you are working on a certain aspect of your life in a way that feels much more internal.
This could be a phase of deep healing or personal growth. You might feel like you are diving deep into your psyche and discovering many more layers within yourself, healing from past experiences or crossing a threshold into a new phase of your life.
When we are experiencing an Inner Winter we can feel a bit lost at sea. Half one thing and half another. If this is the case, it can be very helpful if you can manage to make some space in your life for these deep inner processes to unfold, whether that’s by working through them with a therapist or just by spending more time by yourself, doing things that light you up.
The Inner Winter is a time for listening. Make sure you allow yourself to listen to the whispers of your soul and don’t judge what comes through. It may not feel like it makes sense at first, but if you rush the process and try to force it to make sense, or try to grasp hold of it too quickly, you may lose the connection with yourself and the wisdom that is trying to speak to you.
The energy of the Inner Winter is not linear or logical. When we are in this inner season, we may find ourselves moving in spirals, circling around something and returning to the same spot repeatedly like we do when we walk a labyrinth.
Often when we are going through an Inner Winter, life may feel hard and lonely, especially because this is an inner journey. It may feel like everything is barren and bare and not beautiful – a little like when we put the garden to bed for the winter, cutting everything back.
As this process of stripping back takes place in our lives, it can feel like an ending of sorts, and this can be difficult as many of us struggle with endings. But it is important to remember that just like in nature, every ending is followed by a new beginning. And just like in nature, the Inner Winter is deeply important for our own growth. We have to allow parts of ourselves, old identities, to die, so that our beings can regenerate and fresh new energy can rise within us again.

I am rebirthed
At the edge of a threshold, I am rebirthed.
As I treat what is ending with respect, I am rebirthed.
When I speak that which scares me, I am rebirthed.
When I am willing to lose myself, I am rebirthed.
When I give myself wholly to the in-between, I am rebirthed.
When I release those who do not love me, I am rebirthed.
When I stop trying to convince those who do not see me accurately, I am rebirthed.
As I rest into the support around me, I am rebirthed.
If I keep my heart open through the agony, I am rebirthed.
If I keep my heart open through the ecstasy, I am rebirthed.
When I trust in the sureness of the winter soil, I am rebirthed.
As I learn to see and grow in the dark, I am rebirthed.
As I trust the future rose gardens coded within the seed, I am rebirthed.
As I find the courage to reach for the light, I am rebirthed.
As I burst through the known containment of the bud, I am rebirthed.
As I find the courage to open and share my unique beauty with the world, I am rebirthed.
When I let go of the very thing about me that captivated others, I am rebirthed.
As I throw my petals to the wind for the chance to do it again, I am rebirthed.
Again and again, I am rebirthed.
I sacrifice who I thought I was in order to truly be me.
I release my hopes and my dreams, in order to be free.
I let go of inherited burdens, so I can be properly seen.
I surrender to the death of who I thought I was in order to give birth to me.

Sub Rosa
The rose has been a symbol of secrecy for millennia. The ancient Romans wore rose garlands on special occasions and when these were hung above important meeting places, the conversations that took place beneath were considered sub rosa, or ‘under the rose.’ It was understood that things said ‘under the rose’ would be kept secret and not repeated. There’s also an image of the ancient Egyptian God Horus sitting with a rose and holding his finger to his lips, symbolizing silence about the deep mysteries.
The phrase sub rosa may have its origins in ancient Greece, where in 477 bc a secret negotiation took place in a building attached to the temple of Minerva (seen on this card). On the building’s roof was a rose garden, hence sub rosa. Another, otherworldly, theory of the phrase’s origin is linked to Eros, who is said to have bribed Harpocrates, the Greek God of silence and secrecy, with a rose to persuade him to remain silent on the affairs of the gods.
Card of the day from The Rose Oracle
This card represents the great mysteries that are available for us to uncover and remember. Secrets that are waiting to be found, teachings that your soul might be ready to learn. Look beyond what your eyes can see and dig a little deeper. You’re here to uncover lost wisdom, ancient secrets, and deep mysteries. Are you being called to study the great mysteries, to live the great questions and step into your role as a teacher, guide, or mystic? Are you being called to question things and unearth the truths unknown?

What are you being called to study, learn more about or unearth?

Spiritual Practice for Busy Parents

Three years ago I became a mum and overnight I stopped doing the morning practice I had been doing for over a decade.
I still showed up to meditation but mornings were no longer possible. I began to see so clearly how compartmentalized many of our lives are when it comes to spiritual practice – I saw how I would “go be spiritual” and then go about my normal day and became passionate about finding ways to properly WEAVE the sacred fully INTO the fabric of my new life as a working mum.
At first it was frustrating that the time I had to devote to sacred practice was gone, but then I began to see it as an opportunity to integrate my life even more fully In this video I share a few examples and stories of how I began to weave my practices into the everyday.
Starting 3rd Nov 2022 I am also hosting two live sacred experiences to help you connect with the sanctuary within. Join me for Finding The Sanctuary Within events here.
