Family Destiny, Individual Destiny, Influence and Authenticity
Family Destiny, Individual Destiny, Influence and Authenticity
Every family has a God given destiny and if mine arouses your insecurity Ann you can take that issue up with God. Furthermore life, destiny, family and individuality need not be an EITHER / OR issue. God is big enough to bless a family with the power, love, divine presence, wisdom and wherewithal to impact people collectively and individually while allowing each person therein to maintain their own authenticity and fulfill their heart's desires and destiny. Neither my wife, nor my children are held in a straitjacket nor confined to any of my wishes, whims, or dictates, but neither are they exempt from the influence of my manhood, godly influence and voice as a minister of Almighty God.

Book Writing Consultant, Help Book Writing, Author Consultant
Book Writing Consultant, Help Book Writing, Author Consultant
As the author of over 20 published books [http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/...] many call upon me to serve as their personal book writing consultant when they need help book writing, coming up with creative ideas, breaking through writer's block and forming their thoughts in writing.
As a life coach and author consultant I patiently walk with you through the creative process as you gather your thoughts, pinpoint your passion, determine what you want to write about and structure and express yourself in your own unique way.
Unlike many rigid and frigid author consultants, I don't follow old school methodology, but rather allow the creative process and you as an author to evolve, discover yourself and find your voice.
Beyond providing help book writing; after you finally write, edit and publish your book, I can also assist with successfully marketing and promoting your finished masterpiece.
Each element of book writing can be extremely complex, challenging and daunting. Over 15 years I have learned more than I ever imagined through writing well over 20 books.
The pitfalls, traps, snares and complexities of publishing are very costly and when your ego gets in the way of your work; it is easy to make some very costly mistakes and waste years of your life.
Many who felt they were quite capable to write, publish and promote their books on their own later regretted not seeking help because though they did an average (and some a good) job (and saved money while doing so), they never had the influence and impact they dreamed of (which proved to be illusory because of lack of planning and wisdom as to the ins and outs of publishing and thoroughly promoting a book).
So whether you are tongue-tied or overwhelmed after having written your book, as to how or with whom to publish; those incremental and pivotal steps I can help with.
There is a reason the greatest athletes in the world have coaches. CEOs have mentors and consultants they call upon as well. Nobody is an expert in everything.
Seeking help when you need it is not a sign of weakness, but wisdom and strength.
If you have any questions or are interested in learning more about the whole process of publishing a book, contact me and my secretary can set up a time for a consultation to get started on writing, publishing and promoting your best-selling book.
Serving your success.

ID Theft, Facebook Impersonator, FBI Complaint Form
Yesterday when I learned form July 14 to Aug 28th someone was using my photos and claiming to be me at https://www.facebook.com/grant.colton.31 to befriend women and scam them for money, I followed the Facebook violation instructions to report the impersonator and have the page removed.
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact... report violation
https://www.facebook.com/help/1677222...
FBI violation instructions and FBI complaint form along with a link to file at IC3 is also below:
FBI tips and leads - https://tips.fbi.gov
FBI national offices - http://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field
https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx
Thankfully I sent friend requests to all the impersonator's "friends" and facebook removed the impersonator's page within 24 hours.
Of course it didn't hurt (and probably helped) that I also tweeted Sheryl Sandberg at Facebook and advised her if the page was allowed to remain Facebook would have a lawsuit on their hands from me. Thankfully Facebook responded quickly and professionally to resolve the issue.

Stop Smoking in Asia - Indonesia, Nonsmokers Rights
Stop Smoking in Asia - Indonesia, Nonsmokers Rights
Having traveled throughout Asia, I witnessed different attitudes and social practices (even disregard for public health and nonsmokers). In Indonesia I recall smokers entering elevators with their cigarettes lit and burning, not caring about air quality or nonsmokers on the elevator.
Asia appears to be the place western cigarette companies are heavily marketing their deadly products (even outside schools as CNN reported).
Truly cigarette companies are profit driven like all other companies. Nonsmokers in Asia therefore must take a stand and let their voices be heard for the well-being of public health, their children, and best practices in society to protect air quality (as nonsmokers have done here in North America to protect nonsmokers' rights).
Family and societal expectations (Myers 3.1 p.36) also influence behavior. For example in Indonesia, where a young boy became a YouTube sensation for smoking at a very early age; he likely was influenced by his father and friends who encouraged him to smoke. Upon doing so, the praise the boy received likely made him feel important and as if he became a man. Such expectations and forms of recognition play a role in influencing behavior.
Personality variables play a role in complaint behavior (3.2 Burger), as empathy for others could be cause for suffering with people and engaging in their harmful behavior to a degree so they don’t feel alone. Conversely, empathy could be expressed by not engaging in harmful behavior but loving and being kind to smokers despite their unhealthy habits.
Nevertheless nice people get corrupted (Myers – bonus reading 3.1) and therefore taking necessary precautions to avoid harmful behavior leading to addictions is necessary. Conforming to the wrong thing is destructive and should be avoided. Individuals need to be secure in themselves to be empowered to make their own choices regardless of how they are perceived by others for doing so.
Complying with the perceived societal consensus is the quickest way to lose your individuality, self-esteem, voice and influence as a human being. Group momentum often diminishes the individual who does not remain alert and in tune with his or her conscience. Dissent is courageous and often noble.
We therefore should encourage individual expression, choice and disssent along with the blessing of daring to be true to yourself and letting your voice be heard.

Bachelorette Gia Allemand dies at 29 - Depression and Suicide Some Speculate
Sad to hear about Gia Allemand passing today from my wife. We both enjoyed watching her on The Bachelor as she seemed like a sweet person and sincere soul.
Depression and suicide is my guess. Sad, she was a sweet person who many guys would have been happy with quite possibly. Yet happiness is an inside job.

Overpaid Athletes - When Fans Stop Watching Pro Sports
Overpaid Athletes - When Fans Stop Watching Pro Sports
As a sports fan, I have for the most part (minus a championship game or two) stopped watching regular season play preferring to watch college sports (which the universities profit from and the players less so).
Around the world what is the sentiment of your countrymen and women regarding overpaid, egotistical athletes (some given to strike for more money) to play a game?

Best Meat and Beef - USDA is NOT The Ideal Choice
Best Meat and Beef - USDA is NOT The Ideal Choice
Among other considerations not discussed when choosing a piece of meat to cook for yourself, family, friends or restaurant guests:
1. Grass fed or corn fed?
The branch chain amino acids from corn fed beef produce more alcohol in the meat and bacteria in the gut of the cow during its life as its intestines were made for grass not corn)
2. GMOs in the animal feed
GM corn in 70% of all US processed food is often fed to animals in the US and Europe. GM feed contains a Bt toxin (pesticide) used to kill insects. Such seed and crops are hazardous to animals' organs (liver and kidneys) causing cancerous tumors, while weakening their immunity to fight diseases and parasitic infections. Eating animal meat fed GM corn is neither good for the animal nor the consumer.
3. Hormones and steroid use
Ractopamine has been rejected in China, Taiwan, Russia and S. Korea, but the USA via the WTO agreements have "force fed" their way into other nations' food supplies to sell USDA "choice" beef and pork injected with chemical hormones, steroids and ractopamine - a veterinarian drug that has chemical residues in the meat after slaughter.
4. Sustainable or unsustainable agricultural practices?
A cow living in cramped quarters within industrialized agricultural confines rarely sees the sun, does not have the ability to graze and exercise, and often lives and stands in its and neighboring cows' feces. Thus there are more bacteria and parasites in the animal. Of course industrialized agricultural farmers don't care because they are not eating the meat. They are selling it for a quick profit.
Free range animals that can move and are not forced to live in their own feces are more healthy, happy and thus more tasty to eat.
I therefore suggest grass fed beef and feel New Zealand presently has the best beef and meat in the world (provided it is free range grass fed).

Gastric Acidity and Coffee Enemas
Gastric Acidity and Coffee Enemas
Professor Ferraro teaching a nutrition course at USF mentioned coffee increases gastric acidity, but what effect does a coffee enema have if inserted through the back door?
Co-creator of the colonoscopy Dr. Hiromi Shinya (author of the Enzyme Factor) who has been inside 300,000 stomachs (including presidents and celebrities) says coffee enemas clean the blood and help remove stagnant stool and fecal matter in the intestines.
I'm curious if anyone else has ever used or has an opinion to contribute to this discussion?
I've tried a coffee enema and found it not only cleanses the intestines but removed hundreds of liver and gallbladder stones from my body.
Dr. Shinya only mentions the coffee enema in a sentence or two in his book providing no further detail, but I have studied and experimented with this for nearly 2 years and seen life-changing results. I feel 15 years younger inside!
