September 20th, Wednesday --
Most of you are doing better than I am on our football competition. I gotta say, the Falcons sure do look hot, as do the Broncos (that win over the Cowboys was impressive) And the Patriots and the Raiders -- You've got to have a really good quarterback or you're going no where fast (as in the 49ers)
Some of you are 7-1, which is amazing. You should consider using those betting sites. Who plays fantasy football?
Still editing PARADOX -- actually I'll be doing that for another week and a half, as I told you yesterday.
Today is a cardio day -- if you can't bike, then run, if you can't run, then walk. The important thing is to MOVE -- if you don't move, you might as well hang it up, okay? So move that beautiful bod and stretch it and work on those dratted bat wings --

September 14, 2017

September 14th, Thursday -- All of you appear to be enjoying ENIGMA, which pleases me greatly, no, more than greatly. Do let me know what you liked best about the book, a character, a scene, whatever -- I really like to know. Also, if you spot any yucko typos, let me know about that as well -- then I can get them corrected immediately. And do tell me what you thought about the epilogues --
You're moving despite physical impediments, which says a lot about your individual characters. (all good things) The thing is, you stop moving, you stop living.
So many of you have found it creepy with all the parallels between Harvey/Irma and The Devil's Triangle. You're right, talk about timely. Odd, how that came about --
Today, think "Bod, which part of you needs love the most?" Heed what your bod says and take care of it. Don't forget, move, move, move, cardio -- okay?

September 13, 2017

Wednesday, the 13th of September -- so were the book minions pushy, like nipping on your heels to get you to buy ENIGMA or ordering the ebook? Sorry, guys, but know I did tell them no tackling (since it's now football season), just small reminder nips.
I was really surprised at how timely The Devil's Triangle was -- with both Harvey and Irma. Kind of scary, actually. I've gotten lots of emails asking me if Jason Kohath was still in the Bermuda Triangle doing bad weather stuff.
Everyone in Houston, in Florida, please hang in. The electricity, I'm told, is coming along quickly.
Pick your body part and really give it lots of love today, okay? this is after stretching, abs, and cardio, of course. No, exercising your bod never ends until you're dust in the wind. Aren't those words to a song? Anyone know?

Tuesday, 12th of September: BIG HUGE DAY, FOLKS!
ENIGMA COMES OUT TODAY --
What an exciting day -- I'm sending the book minions out far and wide to goose those of you who haven't gotten your copy -- yet. I do hope all of you will go nuts over ENIGMA, it was fascinating and fun to write --
In other news, The Devil's Triangle (paperback) hit #8 on the Publishers Weekly bestseller list -- I had no clue, just got an email, so if you haven't yet read that one, get on it. Talk about timely --
All of you still reeling from Harvey and Irma, all our prayers are still coming fast and furious -- if you can, come on Facebook and tell us what's going on. Are you getting all the help you need?
I know all of you worked your socks off yesterday tuning up your gorgeous bods. Do you know what? this is one area of your life that has to be a constant -- why, you ask? I hate to sweat, to have sore muscles, to walk, run, pump a bike, hate to exercise in general, -- You know what I have to say to that -- Get a grip, you've got one life, make it work out physically as best you can -- it's your responsibility, no one else's. Yes, yes, I'll keep nagging, it's what I'm really good at -- You know what to do --

Friday, 8th of September: Wild, wild world we're living in right now. With all the devastation at least there's no political crap, all the media is focused on what they should be focused on. As you know, I have relatives in Florida and it is very scary, for me and most especially for all of them. And things keep changing. I heard now Irma is downgraded to a category 4, which is still horrible, 150 mph winds, isn't it? Evacuate? I heard on the TV a few minutes ago that the governor will speak this afternoon. And if you have to evacuate, pray tell how are you going to do it? The main road north/south roads in Florida is a parking lot.
All of us -- send multiple prayers to Florida -- and of course you still have prayers to send to the Houston area and all the people out west surviving the forest fires. Speaking of the fires, I heard it was a kid with a fire cracker who set one of the big ones. There are so many stories, you don't know what to believe.
Today, and I know it's hard with all the crap going on around us, but I want everyone to pause a moment and think about all those people you love, and how no matter what hits us, we face it and do what we have to do to make it through. Be sure to tell everyone you love them, okay? This can be either before or after you CARDIO your brains out. Although, if you wait until after, you might be too out-of-breath to get out the words. All of you, hang in there. It's true, we'll all make it --

September 7, 2017

September 7, Thursday: Tonight, first game of the NFL season: The Patriots vs. Chiefs -- be sure to watch if you can, at least it will take your mind off all nature's crap hitting us in the face.
Yes, I agree, J.J. Watt is amazing and that is why I pushed for you to donate to him if you were planning on donating simply because no administrative costs and you can trust him. All I'm saying is this: "all that money, and you're thinking, but I've got to do something important with it, it's got to be meaningful, I need to talk to everyone in the know" -- and time passes. This has happened too many times in the past. I simply don't want J.J. Watt to be paralyzed by all the considerations -- I honestly believe, better to hand out money to individuals than to sit on it and study and thinking and ask others -- and, well, maybe after three years, use the money to repair the roads. There, all said, and done. Yeah, I know, I could be utterly wrong about all of it, I could be half wrong, and maybe, on some points, I'm right on. You guys with boots on the ground, what do you think?
Now, I hear Irma is hitting Miami on Saturday, then Jupiter, then out into the Atlantic. Is this what you're seeing? Hearing? Irma won't slam the Gulf side?
Don't you love the visual about the FBI series? Yep, ENIGMA is number 21 -- now the series is old enough to vote, drink -- but not yet rent a car, gotta get to 25 for that. What fun!
Today, it's probably pretty hot and smoking and raining and hurricanes coming -- so if you can, just move -- only if it's walking up and down stairs or back and forth the length of your house or apt. MOVE --

September 6, 2017

September 6th -- Wednesday -- Was just told J.J. Watt announced that they now have more than 22 million, but he hasn't spent a dime yet. WHY NOT? You don't see anything that needs immediate cash? People who need immediate cash? Animal rescue that doesn't need money immediately? What is going on? I've heard "we want to wait and see what's really important" has been used far too often in the past. Do something now! Goodness, I've been a complete and total ranter too many times in the past weeks, sorry. Something good -- Trump has put a very bright, very competent person in charge of the Houston area and FEMA isn't having any screw ups like with Katrina in New Orleans. So congratulations to our government. Isn't that nice to say?
Okay, got a Honeywell from Home Depot -- we'll see --
It's in the seventies now, but in this area during Indian Summer, the temps usually soar for maybe a week.
Okay, Irma has hit Key West -- We're really getting slammed. So donate where you think it'll do good and pray, okay?
Those with smoke issues from the wild fires -- stay inside or wear a mask, but you already are doing this, so I'll shut up. READ, that's my best council -- Those still in an area of fresh air, it's up to you to CARDIO for everyone who isn't able to right now. I'm donating 5 minutes myself --

Tuesday, September 5th -- BIG WONDERFUL NEWS: J.T. Ellison's new novel LIE TO ME is out today -- She's going to be touring in Minneapolis, Seattle, San Francisco -- go to her website to find exact places, locations, times and enjoy her book -- it's a real thriller.
Now, a lot of you said the questions I asked answers for from J.J. Watts YouCaring were good ones. But the best ones are the following: l) What is administrative percentage? The big charities take up to 50% of your donation to pay the people working for them. Not good. So always check that. Then ask is there a guarantee that your donation will go to the cause you want it to. Big charities, in the past, accept money for a disaster then put the money in the general fund. So there are the questions to ask, always. I'm so please J.J. Watts came to the party -- you can trust him and all those working are volunteers, so 100% goes to the people in the area --
Thanks for advice on portable A/C. No venting (Whatever that is) needed -- I'm going to check out the SPT14,000 6TU, let you know)
Who tried the triceps exercise yesterday? Hmmm? Are you slackers out there? Come on, guys, no matter what's going on around you, you must still take care of yourself and that means working daily on your bod. Look Good, both inside and out, okay?

August 31, 2017

Thursday, 31st of August -- very last day of summer (well, not the official last day, but it always feels like when August becomes the past, the present is now Fall and cool temps and turning leaves and school for all your kiddos.
All of you know J.J. Watt, the tremendous football player for the Houston Texans. He's not only a rare talent, he's always into the community and giving back. Unlike most of the charities that claim to give money to devastated areas, I know to my soul that he will. I trust him. So please, if you feel like I do, but you really want to help, now you can and be confident your financial donation will help someone. So, go to youcaring/jjwatt and give whatever you can.
All of us are working today, trying to survive what nature is tossing at us or coming home soon from vacation. Whatever you're doing and wherever you are, you still want to stretch, get on the floor and do the stomach leg lifts and MOVE -- if Nature will allow you, get outside and run or bike, or walk, walk, walk. I know you have free weights, I threatened you with the exercise minions if you didn't get them -- so do tris and bis -- and chant Bad Bat Wings -
