Wednesday, 24th April -- Favor please: if you have a minute go to my website (CatherineCoulter.com) Why? We're re-designing it and I would really like your feedback. Obviously I want it to be nifty and eye-catching, but the most important thing is that it be very very easy to navigate -- Comments, please.
It's like very warm here-- mid-seventies during the day and thankfully last night it fell down into the 50's again. Today more sun, more gorgeousness. And one wonders, am I worth it? And one prays the Weather Minions will shout in chorus, 'Yes, Yes, you are worth the gorgeousness!'
This is Hump Day and that means you're sitting right in the middle, neither back nor forward. And do you know what's in the very middle of the middle? Ah, you smart ones, yes indeed -- CARDIO -- walking in the beautiful April sunlight, seeing the flowers and trees bloom as you make a huge circuit. Sounds marvelous, right? And never forget SBB and Bat Wings --

Friday, 19th April -- Warriors won last night -- it was so weird, they kept hitting the magic 31 points (If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's not important, don't worry, this info won't shatter the world.)
I hope everyone gets their newsletter -- you saw it on Facebook, but it's more fun with both pictures on the same page --
Today, polish off the week on a high -- no, no vaping, get the endorphin rush from CARDIO. Has everyone had an endorphin rush at least once in their life? It's amazing -- shoved you right into the next level.
HAPPY EASTER everyone --

Thursday, 18th April -- I'm willing to bet when the rebuilding of Notre Dame is completed, it will look exactly the same -- I loved the video of the interior -- and the beautiful stained glass windows still intact.
Today is gorgeous here, the sun so bright your eyes need SPF 30.
Work as usual and as you all know -- stuff, mountains of stuff, stuff breeds in cool dark places, and that's why the bright sun is so excellent. Still fixing puzzle pieces for the second plot of THE RED BOX.
Exercise today for me will be tons of cardio -- and the usual ab exercises and stretching -- no, no gym today, only on Monday, Wed. and Friday -- Think about bat wings, folk, summers right around the corner.
Oh yes, there'll be another mini-newsletter -- I do hope you get a kick out of it --

Wednesday, 17th April -- On the front page of the Wall Street Journal was a photo of the inside of Notre Dame -- you can see the trees and sky through the open roof, all the collapsed material on the floor. I'll never forget spending Christmas Eve in the cathedral -- there were at least 10,000 people there and it was a HUGE production. I don't think it mattered if you were Hindu, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish -- whatever -- the feeling was something so moving you cried, I've tried to figure it out, but it was more than spiritual, it was mystical, maybe even magic -- Most relics were saved, thankfully. I was told they had an assembly line passing them out of the cathedral, sparks flying all around --
Okay, guys -- you enjoy the day and the only way to make it a very GREAT day is to be virtuous, that is, don't cheat anyone, don't hit anyone (unless really deserved) and do your CARDIO -- then you're golden AND virtuous --

Tuesday, 16th April -- We got past the Ides of April with no huge problem except the Warriors got their butts handed to them last night. (Yeah, yeah, please don't correct me -- I think the Ides in April is sort of cute) Cute but somehow very wrong -- Can you imagine Caesar thinking damn, it's the Ides of April. Doesn't work.
The enjoy-meter minions and I have discussed this thoroughly and I brought them around (some of them are real jerkfaces) and finally we got agreement. Here it is: all of you are going to have a great day, no question, no doubts -- it's all set. So smile in anticipation, get ready to rumble and strut your stuff and feel the enjoyment flood through you.
Only proviso: You must do your cardio and exercise if you want enjoyment guaranteed. (Did you like how I got that in there?)

Friday, 5th April -- Glad you guys are enjoying the Post Pub mini-newsletter. The sofa is, yes, MacKenzie Childs. If you go in my photo gallery, you'll see a video of my office -- It's ALL MacKenzie Childs. As you can imagine, they love me. I call up to order (only them, everyone else is online) and they always say hi, Catherine, loved your latest book. (They're very smart, don't you think?)
I want to thank all of you for supporting A BRIT in the FBI series. I'm closing the series with the 6th and final thriller, THE LAST SECOND. I, personally, will miss Nicholas Drummond and Michaela Caine and their entire supporting cast -- what very neat people.
It's Friday yet again -- and this time I'm more pleased than not that the week flew by. I finished, last night, signing over 2,000 tip sheets for LABYRINTH, they go back today. Also I'm finishing the copy-edited LABYRINTH today, (thank you, Laura -- she's the copy editor) and it gets sent back through the ether -- so that means a FREE and totally nothing hanging-over-the-head weekend. How about you guys? What are your plans for the weekend?
Something really fun, I hope, other than Mexican food, try for something different, something out of your usual comfort zone -- well not too far out, that's more scary than rewarding, I think. Something cool, like, maybe the zoo? Yes, you could fly to San Diego and go to the zoo there -- the best in the known universe, at least in my opinion. It's in Balboa Park -- ah, it's been so very long.
Before tomorrow though, it's exercise time. Today you will move out -- walk, jog, skip, maybe line-dance -- MOVE, people.

Thursday, 4th April -- It warms my cockles to hear all your positive comments about The Last Second. It came in as #7 on USA today and #6 on NYT combined list (ebooks plus hardcover). So next week? We'll see. If you haven't read it yet, please dive right in. And do let me know what you think (well, primarily if you LIKED it)
Working on the copy edited LABYRINTH (now available for pre-order everywhere). The copy editor is my regular and she is phenomenal, catches everything.
We're misting here today, gray skies, but it's so beautiful, all the dark clouds over the Bay and San Francisco.
Out and about so I hope it doesn't pour buckets.
WORKOUT, guys, and mean it. Really pour your heart into it. Grit your teeth and do another two minutes on your cardio. You will feel amazingly virtuous and isn't that something?

Wednesday, 3rd April -- The Warriors (basketball) ate the Denver Nuggets' lunch yesterday -- in stronger English, they beat the crap out of them even without making many 3's, turning the ball over 19 times and fouling I don't know how many points' worth. Looks like the Warriors will be #1 in the Western Conference. Have I bored you stupid yet? Sorry, it was an exciting game. Yeah, yeah, blah, blah -- I'll shut up about it.
Today I find out where THE LAST SECOND comes in on the bestseller lists. I'd say all toes crossed but it's too late for that. We'll see.
Everyone kiss up to the weather minions in your area? Maybe make them a taco and leave out on the front steps? (Only thing is, I hear raccoons love tacos, so I don't know how good it will do). It's a little gray here today, a light mist, but not cold and the sun will make an appearance, usually around 11:00 a.m.
Everyone feeling good about themselves? Feeling good about your strength? Your endurance? Your flexibility? Your bat wings? I do hope there are a lot of nodding heads. If you think there's still some room for improvement, don't hesitate, don't procrastinate -- DO SOMETHING -- and be sure to tell me what you do (e.g., free weights, blue stretchy band, etc.)

Tuesday, 2nd April -- I was told on The Price is Right yesterday, they had a pretty good stunt for one of the final showcases. Anyone see it?
All of you with crappy weather -- cut out what you're doing, maybe write some original chants to praise the weather minions in your area. Do you know what they really really love? They love all the folk in their area to be in fine, actually, splendid physical shape, they love to see fluid muscles and limber bodies. So give this some thought if you want sunshine.
Today is varied and sundry stuff after, of course, working on THE RED BOX -- In St. Lumis -- what a very cool town.
Yep, get yourself working out and make the weather minions happy. You know, of course the weather minions are many times married to the exercise minions --

Halloween's coming up fast, the day the zombies burst out of the ground and terrify the crap out of us, not to mention eat our candy and eat our brains.
Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
