Tuesday, 14th May -- Got the "True ID" -- it doesn't become a law until October, 2020. Just go online and make an appointment -- have all the papers required, fill out the stuff online, and it doesn't take any time at all -- a new photo for new drivers license -- I have no idea how the new "true" will be different from the present one.
I'm trying something completely different today in terms of marketing LABYRINTH -- I figure all anyone can do is say no, so why not give it a try? Thinking outside the envelope here -- digits crossed.
CARDIO today, lots of now leg moving, muscle stretching and working -- get your heart rate up -- MOVE --

Friday, 10th May -- Today is Peyton and Eli's birthday -- they're 10 -- amazing. Talk about flying by time -- I look at them, pet them, coo to them, even the occasional song, and I see them as small kittens, so cute you wanted to cry and laugh at the same time. How they're gorgeous big boys. Their presents: They each got a catnip banana -- no chocolate cake, though.
The water main, or whatever it was that broke and sent a geyser into the air, stopped. So, it either ran out of water of the one guy out of 6 managed to fix it. (Yep, the other five were standing around. Isn't it comforting to know you can always predict behavior in certain jobs?)
Last day of the week, folks, and you know what that means? If you can wade through the snow, those of you who live at the North Pole, be sure to go slogging through for a lovely wet and very white 4-mile walk. Do not, however, take a pet with you if the snow is too deep.
The rest of you -- it's CARDIO hard so you can look forward to a guilt-free weekend. Ah, you'll feel so virtuous, you might even want to email the exercise minions in your area and tell them how great you are. Sound good?

Thursday, 9th May -- I'm glad you guys are aware of the exercise minions and their possible wrath coming down. We do not want that. Minions might look nice and yellow and cuddly, but they all have their own separate missions, and they take their missions seriously. Did you buy that? I see you nodding, good -- so keep moving and keep nodding and keep the EMs away.
Evidently a broken water main on our one and only street, water gushing, all the emergency folk standing around watching, trying to look wise, no one doing anything about directing cars -- yep, a real Cluster -- no, I can't say that. Let's leave it at a super mess. We'll see what happens.
Warriors won last night. Durant has problems with a calf, Draymond fouled out, I don't think our future endeavors look so hot -- we'll see. Now to Game 6 in Houston --
Everyone, OUTSIDE -- It's gorgeous May, the day is full of promise, who knows what nifty things can happen?

Wednesday, 8th May -- overcast beautiful gray sky here in Sausalito -- it'll burn off by late morning, well, at least it usually does. We had a bit of rain yesterday, great to keep the hills green --
Mid-week, people, and I just heard from the regional council of exercise minions. They expressed concern that you guys don't appear to be all that gung ho about keeping those gorgeous bodes moving smartly up and down and forward and even sideways. They're going to demand an audit soon -- You've got to get with it, get the minions off my back -- WALK, MOVE, KEEP THOSE SHOULDER BLADES BACK. Trust me, a minion audit ain't fun.
Phew! Did you like that small rant? Did you like how I blamed it all on the EMs? Seriously, if you have a problem in say your leg, then work out your arms -- there's always something you can do. All right, all right, I'll shut up, only say, I'm going to the gym today, are you?

Tuesday, 7th May --Friday is the 10th birthday for Eli and Peyton. I was thinking something really wild for them to eat but alas, Peyton barfed in bed last night, so that's a no-go. Flowers? Hmm, what kind? Given they might either (1) try to eat them, (2) play with them or (3) lick them to death if I rub in some Cat Crack (great stuff -- a stoned cat is something to see). Or maybe I'm thinking some sweet-smelling jasmine or maybe a small branch from our Japanese maple for them to knock around. Any ideas?
Today is a big work day -- and then yet again, stuff and more stuff and stuff to top it all off. But CARDIO, of course, that's simply part of the schedule, a habit, something I do automatically at exactly the same time -- How about you guys? Please tell me cardio is now a habit with you --

Thursday, 2nd May -- Don't you love a story/book that begins with "Once Upon A Time." Does anyone know (without Googling) where that came from? Who wrote or said it first? And also "It was a dark and stormy night" -- I mean you immediately picture the black rain clouds hanging low, over a beach where there's a small fire burning and people seated around it, all crowded together and the sky hangs heavy -- am I loving it or are you with me on this one?
Today is work -- I'm redoing the "Medium" scene with Savich -- Her name is Zoltan and she's quite an interesting character.
It's cardio plus today -- or C + -- so gird your loins and whatever else you enjoy girding and hope on your bike, treadmill, put on your walking shoes get out there and MOVE --

Wednesday, 1st May -- plus it's Hump Day -- the combo, makes me shake my head. Isn't there something about dancing around a pole on the first of May? Or maybe gambling near a pole, Texas Hold 'em? Or maybe sticking the pole in the middle of a pool and swimming around it?
Or whipping someone with the dangling ribbons hanging from the pole?
Sounds like you guys did go somewhat off the reservation yesterday -- if you didn't, if you had to many other things to do -- LIKE WORK -- maybe today --
Great day today -- a day to breathe in the fresh May 1st air, breathe in the flowers rioting all around you, and walk, walk, walk, look and admire everything -- don't forget SBB and bat wings -- bad bat wings --

Tuesday, 30th April -- Here it is, guys, the last day of gorgeous, full-of-promise April, so make it a stupendous day, all right? That means you need to go off the reservation -- do something different -- different cardio, different exercises (BUT ALWAYS SBB) -- go to a brand-new place for say lunch -- and then drive/walk around a museum or a zoo or the beach or a new mall -- something different, okay?
Italian food was spectacular yesterday -- Spaghetti for me, always, with a l/2 ton Parmesan cheese on top. (Yes, I like spaghetti with my Parm) Bread so-so -- I've never understood why restaurants, really good ones, do not warm their bread. Does anyone know why?
Today, Game 2, Warriors vs. Rockets -- we'll see -- this series started off wild, where will it go? Stay tuned --
If you haven't checked out the LABYRINTH cover online (everywhere), please take a minute and do -- let me know what you think --
What a glorious day -- and here you are roaming in brand new places --

Friday, 26th April -- Okay, THE END GAME (No, not my BRIT thriller) but the movie with Thanos and all the super heroes. Can't wait -- It's gotten excellent reviews and no one's complained and bitched and moaned about the 3 hours.
Visit with cousin yesterday was lots of fun. And dinner at Spinnaker as excellent, but then again, you're right on the Bay looking at San Francisco and the food is never under a 6 -- and this waiter loves me, so that's a lovely plus. (Well, actually, he loves that I always order a bowl of Parmesan cheese for the prawn spaghetti.)
Thank all of you for visiting my CatherineCoulter.com website -- again, I am so pleased you find it easy and friendly -- and yes, all the books have "buy links".
Also, I haven't heard a single "that's yucko" about the site -- so again, we'll look more at cosmetics.
Today, dear ones, (yes, dear ones? Why? Well, there's an exercise minion whispering in my ear to try honey, not vinegar or rants or threats) so here it is. CARDIO your brains out!!!! And always SBB!!!!!
Sweet enough? (oh dear, the exercise minion just kicked me)

Thursday, 25th April -- Reminder, folk, if you haven't yet, do enter the book sweepstakes, it's all over the first of May, so not much time left -- do it NOW.
Thank you for all the positive feedback about the CatherineCoulter.com website -- do you know, what I wrote to you wasn't what I meant. What I meant was, look at it the way it is "now" and give me feedback. I am very pleased to hear how you guys like it. Here's the deal though, we're doing some redesigning, but given your feedback, about easy of navigation and content, I'm thinking we'll just want to spiffy up the top banner a bit -- I'll keep you posted. If you have any suggestions, HOLLER.
Today we have a cousin visiting, so it's dinner at the restaurant we always take out out-of-town guests to -- Spinnaker. It's right on the water, looking back at San Francisco and all the other phenomenal sites. Should be very nice to catch up.
Folk, great day today -- sunny, beckoning, waiting for you to jump outside and start running/walking -- maybe riding your bike -- NO, NOT DRIVING YOUR CAR. Get out there, move, move, move -- SBB --

Halloween's coming up fast, the day the zombies burst out of the ground and terrify the crap out of us, not to mention eat our candy and eat our brains.
Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
