MIIKE SNOW UNVEIL US SUMMER TOUR

MIIKE SNOW UNVEIL US SUMMER TOUR   DATES BEGIN JUNE 9 TH AT THE HISTORIC CAIN’S BALLROOM IN TULSA, OK
TOUR INCLUDES HEADLINE DATES, FESTIVAL APPEARANCES, AND SHOWS ALONGSIDE PHANTOGRAM AND GLASS ANIMALS
TICKETS FOR NEWLY ANNOUNCED HEADLINE DATES GO ON SALE FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST
“iii” AVAILABLE NOW
Downtown/Atlantic recording group Miike Snow has announced plans for a string of US summer tour dates.  The schedule begins at the historic Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, OK on June 9th and continues through July 3rd with headline dates, festival performances including Firefly Music Festival, and shows with Phantogram and Glass Animals (see attached itinerary). Klangstof will join as support on the majority of headline dates. Pre-sale tickets for the newly announced headline shows will be available on Wednesday, March 22 at 10am (local) by using the password “miiike17”. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, March 20th at 10 am (local) – for complete details and additional information, please see http://miikesnow.com/.
The upcoming live schedule sees Miiike Snow continuing to celebrate last year’s acclaimed third studio album,  iii . The album – which includes the hit singles/videos “Genghis Khan,” “My Trigger,” and “Heart Is Full” – is available now in stores and at all online retailers.
Genghis Khan” – the lead single from  iii  – proved both a critical success and a top 10 favorite at Alternative outlets nationwide upon its arrival last year. The track’s ingenious companion video has now drawn more than 16 million individual views at YouTube alone while also drawing online attention from Buzzfeed, which declared the “campy, dance-filled clip” to be “delightfully out there.” In addition, “Genghis Khan” was honored with Britain’s D&AD Awards in the categories of “Direction For Music Videos” and “Choreography For Music Videos,” as well as the “Best Performer” prize at the Berlin Music Video Awards. Perhaps more significant was the unique popularity “Genghis Khan” received on Tumblr. The clip’s deconstruction and reinvention of traditional spy movie gender roles led to the seemingly spontaneous creation of countless memes and fan art, prompting The Daily Dot to note how the video “has spawned the first viral microfandom of 2016.”
Miike Snow spent much of last year on the road, highlighted by some of their biggest US dates thus far, including a spectacular show at New York City’s famed Radio City Music Hall. The schedule also saw the band making an array of festival appearances, with Billboard hailing their set at San Francisco, CA’s Outside Lands as one of the event’s “11 Best Moments."

Conan O'Brien's Team Coco Premieres New Video From KOLARS - "Dizzy"

KOLARSPremiere New Music Video "Dizzy"With Team Coco, Here: https://goo.gl/cBSDK9
**Set To Release Debut Self-Titled Album On April 7th, 2017**  "...the sound takes a little rockabilly, a little disco, sprinkles it with grassroots vibes, and squeezes some modern indie rock values all over the top"- BuzzBands.LAListen To "Turn Out The Lights" via CraveOnline, here: https://goo.gl/SHLezSWatch Music Video For "One More Thrill" via Consequence of Sound, Here: https://goo.gl/kjESMZ
Los Angeles, CA - March 20, 2017 - KOLARS have teamed up with Team Coco to exclusively premiere their new music video for "Dizzy"today! "Dizzy" is the newest single to release off of KOLARS' debut self-titled album, which is set to drop on April 7th. Watch the music video, here: https://goo.gl/cBSDK9KOLARS craft a full sound through minimal instrumentation: guitar and a tap-dancing drummer. As Rob Kolar sings and strums his rollicking guitar, Lauren Brown uses her whole body as a percussive instrument, tap dancing out the hi-hat rhythm with her feet atop a bass drum while simultaneously playing a stand-up kit, using dance to transform rhythms into natural extensions of her movement. It's quite the workout and undeniably mesmerizing to watch. KOLARS incorporate modern sonic production into their set almost as if they are part live band and part machine, featuring studio experimentation with high energy performance. As former members of glam-folk band He's My Brother She's My Sister, Rob and Lauren toured the U.S. and Europe extensively, playing some of the best stages and festivals, including Bonnaroo, Summerfest, Firefly, Secret Garden Party, and Austin City Limits, along with a performance on  The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson . As that band veered towards indefinite hiatus, Rob and Lauren decided to strip things down and explore what they could do as a twosome. A match musically and romantically sublime, there's no denying the electricity this husband and wife duo have on stage.Outside of band life, Kolar works on providing score for TBS' The Detour. Kolar has released a music compilation album  The Detour: Season 1 Music  that features all original score, songs and comedic pieces he co-wrote with the show's creator and star, Jason Jones. KOLARS has music featured on the show as well.KOLARS will release their debut album on April 7th, 2017. Leather Girls - S/T Debut - Out on June 2nd

Leather Girls  first unleashed their ferocious style of garage rock upon their hometown of Austin, Texas in 2015 after Erik Camacho (guitar/lead vox) and Mike Garrido (guitar/vox) bonded over their shared affinity for Tropicália, Los Dug Dugs, and Billy Childish. Dillon Fernandez soon got added into the mix (drums) shortly followed by Deborah White (bass/vox).

Once a fully gelled unit, they quickly garnered a reputation for their high energy live show and blistering fuzz accentuated with a hint of Texas twang - sharing bills with legends like Holly GolightlyThe DictatorsMr. Airplane Man and becoming a favorite show partner with local heavy hitters Ringo Deathstarr and Holy Wave.

Their highly anticipated self titled debut album will be released on June 2nd viaYippee Ki Yay Records, and delivers a range of raw, airy, raucous, high energy rock sounds - much like a brick of $8 firecrackers set off in a metal trash can and then shoved in the trunk of a Chevy Nova that had to be saved up for.
