Finally, Coralie meets Eddie face to face through the mysterious circumstances...this I feel will unite them...this I believe will help her find a life apart from her sinister father Professor Sardie! This is an AMAZING READ! I don't think I want it to end!!

Ironically I have never been to Coney Island but have always been fascinated by its mystic....so far I am really like where this novel is going.

Fast, wonderful read. Love each and every character and their backstory as well as using cooking to bring them together!

I needed a light read and this one seemed right up my alley. So far it reminds me of Maeve Binchey's Evening Class. Different characters gathering together each with their different back stories coming together for the love of cooking. Enjoyable so far and I am only 15 pages in.

Hmmm....not sure about this one. There really doesn't seem to be a storyline. Each chapter basically is about one character in different time frames in time. There is little mention of the so called Red Garden but no real storyline has developed about it. I see it has its own chapter towards the end of the book. Have thought about stopping this one but maybe I will keep going.

Started this one last night. I have never read any books by Alice Hoffman but I am familiar with her other novels. Picked this one up at the library. Just delving in and the character development is interesting.

This is one of those reads you just can't put down! Love love love the characters and story line!

I love a novel that from the first introduction of the main character it totally sucks you into their world! This is going to be a fast read for sure! I can't put it down!

Not another female character that I can't get behind! The character of Silvania may show strength surviving the war in the forests of Poland but when her husband finds her after the war and brings her to England afterward I find her very deceitful. Of all the post WWII novels I have read I am not sure what I am feeling about this one. Only time will tell as I inch closer to the ending
