Nice to read in small doses.

All her books are strong and engaging. Glad for a new one!

The blurb about this book doesn’t do it justice. Emmeline Darling is amazing, a delight.

Middle-grade story of a rabbit who develops his courage.

The whole concept of deaf culture would have remained unknown to me if it weren’t for books like these. Fiction teaches us about life!

Young adult books appeal to me still.

I was reluctant to start this book, but I’m glad I did. The central element is a cabin and land in New England, described through the various inhabitants over time. Undoubtedly, the separate stories will come together in a way I can’t guess.

I read this book in 2017. It’s amazing how little I recall of the story, though the characters are familiar. It’s very good!

Too ominous for me right now. DNF.

Coming of age story takes place in Mississippi in the early ‘60’s.

Virginia Hall: the bravest Allied spy you’ve never heard of. Fascinating.

Hope the saga has some happiness for these characters. So far, it’s tragic.

If you ever read a Nancy Drew mystery or know what an Ouija board is, you will love this book. Even if you can’t relate to those, you will enjoy 14-year olds Lucy and Allie Bert.

I love this already.

Not what I expected so far, but just as cold and wintry as our weather. I like the author’s writing enough to read as an ebook (eye roll), which I do not enjoy.
